They have bad customer service. Old man that works in the back needs to work on his customer relations skills. He is rude and not very nice at all. I had a bad experience there. I sit in the lobby prob an hour after they opened from 8am to 9am waiting to purchase my order. I had to yell several times really loud to get someone to come up front to the lobby area from the back. The older guy from the back came up front and told me to sit there they would be somebody here shortly to help me. Finally another guy came in and helped me and took my order which he was good and very nice and helpful. After my purchase i was told to pull around back and back up to the big garage door and give them my receipt and they would get my metal for me. I pulled around back waited about 5 minutes then here come another truck which pulled around back to pick his metal up and then the big garage door opened and the grumpy older guy was on a fork lift and he looked at me and said your not getting your metal for another 30 minutes and told me to pull up and told the other guy to back his truck into the garage for his metal.
The older guy was really rude and demanding to me and i didnt like the way he talked to me the whole time i was there. I was there way before the second guy showed up. The older guy in the back could of been nice and explained to me why my metal was gonna take 30 minutes or better to get and he could of ask me to move up even though i was back there first waiting on my metal to let the other gentlenan get his metal.
Because the way the older man acted toward me i will never go back to quality metal in lancaster ky again. I will tell everybody about my expierence there and suggest they shop else where just as i am gonna do. You really got to learn that the customer base if you want to really have a successful business.
If you do decide to go there take you something to read because you gonna be there a while and plan on waiting and dealing with the grumpy old man in the back.
