BB-Builders Pro

We decided to do a remodel of our master bathroom. We spoke to about 6 different contractors and decided to go with BB Builders due to Ron, our project manager. I appreciate the honesty and willingness to give differing opinions rather than agreeing to everything I proposed.

We had a rough list of materials we needed to buy before the project can start. If you don't have a designer, there are detail finishing pieces you need to consider like trims, grout, etc. Overall it's a pretty smooth process. The whole demo to completion was about 3 weeks. We had to wait another week for our shower door, which we've decided to subcontract out separately.

In terms of prices, they were in the middle of the ranges we received. There were some small things that came up, but Ron and team was always able to fix it same or next day. Would hire them again for future jobs.

We used BB Builders Pro to do a remodel at a home we were preparing to sell. Ron came out to do an estimate. He was polite and helpful. He sent the estimate on time, and after we accepted, he was the project manager. He did a great job coordinating the work. The work was done quickly, and well for the most part. We would use BB Builders Pro again, and particularly recommend Ron.

We worked with the BB Builders team from late January to early April and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to complete a significant house upgrade.

Our project involved finishing a ~800 sq. ft. basement + adding a half bathroom. What was previously unusable space with concrete floors and exposed ceilings and walls is now a beautiful space with hardwood floors, ceiling lights, insulated walls, an extra bathroom, etc.

We originally thought this type of project was well outside of our price range, but luckily the team at BB Builders (namely Zack & Akiva) provided a very reasonable proposal and were able to stay on budget. The finished product is excellent and exactly what we originally envisioned - and the BB team was incredibly communicative and responsive through the process.

We did limp across the finish line with finishing details taking longer than expected due to miscommunications, incorrect materials, etc. However, this is to be expected at some point with a project of this scale and we ultimately got there in the end without too much trouble (and no extra cost). They've even been back a few times since to help with new issues, which has been incredibly helpful.

Overall we're very happy with our decision to go with the company and will probably go with them again if we decide to upgrade another part of the house. Before photo and after video attached.

After receiving quotes from a couple different contractors to remodel out small condo kitchen, we decided to go with BB Builders Pro for a few reasons:
First, Ron was very knowledgable, easy to talk to, and promised as smooth a process for us as possible. We have not done a project of this size and price before and needed an experienced project manager to walk us through every step and make the process as smooth and hands-off as possible.
Second, we were in the process of moving out and had a renter lined up to occupy the condo, so our schedule was specific and tight. Ron did everything possible to fit our scheduling needs and work around us.
The end result was a beautiful, modern kitchen, with few headaches and really no big complaints to be had. I recommend working with Ron for your next remodel.

We auditioned quite a few contractors but knew we were in good hands when Ron Gelberg came by. He was straight forward and clear about pricing and expectations. Then, we stepped it up a notch and went for crazier patterns which he took in stride. The crew did a fantastic job and tolerated us pointing out small but difficult details - which they execute on. Now we are done, the project looks great and I will absolute use BB for any future projects.

We bought a fixer-upper 15 years ago, we thought we could do the work ourselves. As time went on, it was evident that we couldn't. 15 years later, Zack and his team came to our rescue.

What started out as a simple project of two bathroom remodel quickly turned into almost half our house remodeled. Serhii and his crew are the best, they went above and beyond. On the first day of construction, we found out at the end of the day that I had chosen the wrong size tiles. Even though laying the tiles were the last thing they had to do that day, Serhii went out to Home Depot right away and got the right size tile. His motto was "if you're happy, I'm happy", that attitude carried on for the rest of the project. If there were something I was unhappy or unsure about, he'd work with me to make sure the outcome is what I want. As with all construction projects, there were ups and downs. But through it all, Zack and Akiva stayed on top of it all and made sure everything was taken care of in a timely manner.

How did a simple two bathroom remodel turned into half our house remodeled, you ask? Midway of the bathroom remodel, Zack reached out and made us a proposal that we couldn't refuse to finish our unfinish basement + laundry room, fix our kitchen electrical, and install garage and front entrance door. Our unfinished basement had been relegated to storage room for over a decade ... I can't even begin to tell you how wonderful it is to reclaim all that living square footage. We now have a beautiful finished basement, laundry room, no more wires dangling about in the kitchen, and a cozy updated entrance way. I couldn't be more happy with everything they've done for us.

We started this project with the mindset that after all the works done it'll be easier to sell the house. But now we just want to live in it. Thank you Zack, Akiva, Serhii and his team. You guys rock !

I really don't know where to start this review. First let me say that we were in a desperate situation regarding our remodel project. Our first contractor abandoned our project after about 1 1/2 years. We hired several handy men who came and worked and never returned. We had at least 3 contractors who came to look at our project, said they'd give us a bid to finish and none of them did. We had to wait another full year until I received that first phone call from Ron from BB Builders.

Ron was the first contractor who came out and was actually positive that we could make this work! Of course, I didn't believe him. Then, he actually came back! With a plan! We walked through everything. We talked about going forward and Ron said they'd be at the house, ready to start in a few days. I was overjoyed to say the least.

Ron showed up when he said he would and work started! We had been under so much stress that some days were almost impossible to get through. When Ron knocked on our door, we knew he and his company were something truly special.

Our main floor was almost finished, so Ron had his workmen start on the lower floor. They built everything downstairs, a new master bedroom, master closet and master bath. All of the guys were on time, were very professional and personable. They finished the entire lower floor in 3 weeks. During this time, Ron stopped in on a regular basis to make sure there were no problems and that everything was going smoothly. Communication was top notch.

After they finished the lower floor, they finished things on the main floor.

I had told Ron that I had I had always wanted a front porch. Ron made that happen too!

I really want to emphasize that Ron was the ONLY contractor who had the guts or the faith or the positivity that our project could be finished. And indeed it was. I am overjoyed! Their work is professional, attention to detail is great and their employees were friendly.

5 star bathroom remodel. The entire process, quality workmanship and communication was top notch. Our main POC, Ron was easy to work with, understood our plans and did a great job communicating with us, start to finish. All of the team involved in the remodel were highly skilled and we are very satisfied with our bathroom. Zack and his team worked on a full master bathroom and laundry room renovation for us, and it turned out absolutely incredible! We worked with them to implement our custom design, including heated floors, custom cabinetry, diffused lighting, new tiled shower, and more - all of it came together perfectly. When there was a supplier that was delayed on my end, they even reorganized their schedule to keep the project moving despite it not being their fault. We would definitely use Zack and team again for future projects!

We worked with Zach and his fine crew to remodel our entire downstairs which was a cluttered mess over 40 years old and a victim of the previous owner's remodeling and bad DIY choices.

Well, they transformed the entire downstairs into a clean, bright, spacious living quarter with new lights, entirely new beautiful flooring, walls, stairway, expanded bathroom (new vanity sink, mirror and tub shower combo), added new windowed guest room and made the basement into its own laundry room big storage space.

They added a new window in the expanded living room and removed the old dirty fireplace that was a nest for potential pests and helped update an old water line too. The whole place smells new and fresh, the air quality improved.

Google Reviews only allows 5 Stars but I would give Zach and his fine crew a 10/10, they were easy to work with, trustworthy, hardworking, easy to talk to and very responsive to updates and fixes. Their time estimates were accurate and realistic, very impressed with the people, work progress and quality results, would like to do business with them again in the future for another remodeling project.

We started to replace a few boards on our porch, and realized that the support had rotted, and that it was too big a job for us. BB-Builders Pro had someone out within a few days to provide a quote. Our salesperson, Zak Ziv Betito, listened well to what we needed and wanted, and was the main contact throughout the project. We were surprised that the railings were available in dozens of colors. Zack and his team consistently went above and beyond our hopes and expectations. Always timely, always courteous, always on budget, Zack has built a dynamic team of hardworking, experienced craftsmen who take great pride in their work. Zack was available anytime we had a concern (which was rarely) and always made time daily to inspect the work that was being done. If something wasn't right (again, rarely) he stepped in and got it fixed, often before we even noticed it. We were so exited about the speed, quality and price of our Kitchen remodel, we went on to do the master bathroom and then the rest of the house! Ultimately, we did three or four complete projects with them and they performed perfectly on all of them.

Zack was always patient to answer our questions and make helpful suggestions on what was industry best practice. Sometimes, that meant doing things different that we initially imaged but always for the better.

I recommend Zack and his team for all of your remodel needs. Be careful though, you may end up with a MUCH bigger project that you initially envisioned! If you do, you may end up as delighted as we were on getting an almost entirely new home!!
