After we had a professional basement waterproofing system installed underneath our concrete slab basement floor, we wanted an improved finished basement afterwards. Bauer Construction worked with us to accomplish our dream remodel. They arrived on time as scheduled and completed the job per the quote specifics. The flooring we chose was perfectly floated and seamed together over the uneven concrete work to enhance a smooth transition between other rooms in our basement that did not need the waterproofing system. We would highly recommend them for any flooring project.

CROOKS & POOR CRAFTSMANSHIP way expensive we had them do our sub floor in a kitchen and bath and the 2x6 were supposed to be replaced under the old sub floor and they did not do that and the plywood on top was not put in properly and then they said we are going to put a self leveling concrete floor on top so it will be nice and level so i can put in my kitchen cabinets well the didn't seal up the cracks in the sub floor most of it drained in my crawl space leaving dips in the flooring then they wanted to make it right by putting in the bottom cabinets for me i said sure and they hacked up my cabinets to mach the crooked floor very poor craftsman ship they blamed it on my house settling witch it already settled a long time ago. they where starting from scratch they had a chance to to make the floor level and straight and they just did not care to do so they don't know what they are doing please do yourself a favor and go with someone else.

We just had Baurer Construction replace all of our windows and extend our LVP flooring into our laundry room. They say that a picture is worth a thousand words but these photos do not do their amazing job any justice!
They even removed a false window and replaced the siding where it had been located… you can’t even tell there was ever anything there except siding!
I will continue to use their services for any future construction needs and I highly recommend Baurer to everyone!

I have no idea about whether or not this guy does a good job of covering floors. I do, however, have some experience with the character of the man and his extended family. I just got back from a camping trip to Ocean City State Park just outside Ocean Shores, WA. Our site was right next to the camp site with the big red diesel truck with "Greg Baurer Floor Covering" on the door. These people were loud and, at best, simply unaware of their impact on the camp. They went on loudly past the posted 10pm quiet time. We finally confronted them at midnight. Their response was rude, immature, and mocking. They did notch it back just a little, but still went on loudly until past 1:30am -- more than 3 1/2 hours after quiet time. I heard others at the camp wash room the next morning talking about these guys. We reported to the Park Ranger Office. I suspect the Ranger stopped by for a talk with them because they were much better the second night -- but still the loudest camp in the Park. I honestly think they just had no clue how loud they were and how much they were the object of derision through that entire loop of the campground. Even though they were better the second night, they still launched into loudness at midnight for another half hour. Fortunately for us, we had a third night without them around at all. Finally, peace and quiet.

So, again, maybe this guy does OK flooring work, but if I had a choice that was the same quality and price, I'd go elsewhere just because of how this guy and his family relate to other people in the world and seem largely clueless about it. I noticed another 1-star review on Google about Baurer. "RN PDX" says on Google reviews, "This is the worst company that I have ever worked with. The owner is rude and flaky, and the work they do is poor quality." So, maybe the quality of work follows the quality of the man. Caveat emptor.
