Late one afternoon/early evening I became aware that the basement of my dad's home was flooded due to exterior forces. One of my brothers called Serv-Pro and they were right out to assess the situation, and the water removal began immediately so that the furnace would not go out. The next day Serv-Pro had to remediate the water again, and then the process of wall removal, flooring removal, and furniture rremoval began . The work was done in a professional matter and was completed in a timely manner. Hats off to Paul and crew for taking good care of us as we were still mourning our dad's passing. Thanks!

You never think your going to have a fire until you have a fire. This isn’t something you prepare for other than keeping your smoke detectors working. So when we had a fire in our home and it was time to figure out who was going to help us with the clean up process we reached out to Serv Pro and were put in touch with Matt True, of the Biddeford Saco branch. We were lucky in that we didn’t loose our home but we had severe smoke damage and everything that was salvageable needed to be removed, cleaned, and our home completely gutted. Matt walked us through the whole process and explained exactly what needed to happen he was with us every step of the way. Not only is Matt extremely knowledgeable about the steps that needed to be taken to be able to get us back in our home but he is a true professional that cares and so does his staff. Imagine having to have someone take every item out of your home and then pretty much demo your whole house. That is what they did and they were excellent. Any questions or concerns when asked were taken care of no problem. His crew handled our belongings with care and worked hard everyday they were here. I pray that we never have to go through anything like this again but if we do we wouldn’t hesitate calling in Matt and his crew.

I had called Servpro about a mold issue I have in my home. Unfortunately my insurance company denied the claim so I never had them come out. Matt from Servpro heard my claim was denied and he still took the time to call me and wanted to give me some advice on how to deal with my insurance company. He also gave me advice on products to use if we have to do this ourselves. He had no obligation to call me so I just want to thank him immensely for taking time out of his day to follow up on us and our situation. Very professional and highly recommend.

One of the most responsive and professional companies I have ever worked with. I called them with a time sensitive issue with a renter moving into a property of ours and they responded immediately and took care of our needs. We recently had major water damage from our washing machine which flooded the floor and the basement below. The Servpro team did a great job arriving quickly on site. Paul and the team immediately went to work identifying the issues and saving our wood floors. They worked quickly and effectively to minimize the damage and further costs. On top of that they provided amazing customer service dealing with insurance and a shout out to Karen who went above and beyond to help us sort out the payments. I highly recommend them!!

This place is awesome and the owners are amazing people. Great people to work for and to have work done at your house. They deff care about there custamets.

Three years ago we purchased a B&B in OOB. Our retirement dream! 10 days into ownership, we suffered a sewer backup that completely destroyed our owner's quarters. I immediately called Serv-Pro who arrived within the hour and began the arduous task of cleaning, sanitizing and fixing the mess. What a FABULOUS job they did. True professionals! Ah, but my story continues as the luck of the Irish was not with us! Twice more the sewer backed up - twice more Serv-Pro promptly came to the rescue! They cleaned and sanitized once again! It's important to note that the folks who operate Serv-Pro of Biddeford, understand the angst that their customers are going through. They support them through their tears (yes, I cried!) and anger and work to mitigate the damage as quickly and professionally as possible!
I can't say enough "good" things about this company. Hopefully I won't have to call them again but if I do - I know that all will be right once again!!

Its never a good thing when you have to employ the services of ServPro - but when you must, I have to reiterate just how good of an experience it was to work with ServPro Biddeford. The 7" of rain we got left our basement with catastrophic damage. The ServPro team was on point. Considering the endless amount of emergency calls they were *flooded* with, they managed to not just friendly and efficient, but also compassionate. Big thanks. (Now I hope we never see each other again ; ) )

We have the nastiest stains upstairs as a result of a dog‘s Gastro intestinal difficulties ( ewww - I know) And Servpro BIddeford Socko was able to do an outstanding job removing them. I can’t thank TJ and his team enough for not just doing an outstanding and thorough job on the carpets, but for the exceptional customer service that came along with it. Truly professional and truly and a very good experience!

Matt True and his team have been on the scene in our home since Christmas Eve...working hard to contain the damage and removing our personal property to safety. Moreover, Matt has been extremely communicative...letting us know the status of the cleanup and demolition at each stage. We very much appreciate the personal attention that we have received from the crew. We are most grateful to them as well as the office staff. I work in an office building that has had some flooding issues.
A call was made to Matt True, owner of Servpro about 7:30am yesterday morning. Matt assured us he would have people at our facility by 8:30.
by 8:20 we had 2 professional workers, assessed the water damage, brought in necessary equipment, moved extremely heavy file cabinets, and worked non stop for at least 6 hours.
At the end, one of the workers wanted to go over the area to make sure nothing had been forgotten.
Next day, the Owner Matt True was here to inspect, and take moisture readings. We still have some moisture so he will be back tomorrow.
Great customer service. Very knowledgeable. Hopefully we will not have this problem again but if we do it will be the first call I make.

I've had such a great experience working with Dana and his team. They have been fast, very friendly and efficient in helping is clean up our water disaster. Yesterday on my way out the door I completed a survey regarding the quality of their work and my overall experience and they were 10's across the board. I wish I could retake it today....when I got home from running errands not only was the work completed and looked and smelled great but the team neatly organized everything I had moved/thrown around in my haste to make room for repairs. I was so grateful to walk into my foyer last night. Thank you Denver, Warren and your teammate that was with you yesterday (I feel bad I didn't catch her name). You guys are the best!

These people are terrific! Such a prompt response, thorough explanation, exceptional care of our belongings and very personable - especially Charlie !!! Keeps us up to the minute with explanations -and our dogs love him! Could not recommend ServePro more highly!

Rob and Warren were very professional, courteous and efficient. They took care of my mold problem and my cough that I had for a year was gone after they were done. I would highly recommend this team.

We can't thank this company enough! We didn't know where to start after our fire, they took over and handled everything so we didn't have to worry about a thing... They were even patient with our dogs who are not fans of new people in their home.
