Told the service department to check my tire because I was having to put air in it every other day. The man told me after my service was completed that the tire was ok so the following day when I get in my car it was very low so I took it to a tire place and the found a nail in it. So I'm thinking y'all didn't even check the tire, so now I'll be Leary of y'all doing services y'all say y'all do.

The team was welcoming and took care and time to introduce me to everyone and explain everything. I didn't feel like a transaction but as a new member of the family .

Dar assisted us very promptly and efficiently in getting my VW Beetle oil changed today, even though I didn't have a scheduled appointment. The Service Tech provided a list of recommendations after performing a complimentary Multi Point Inspection and Dar also thoroughly explained each recommendation and only had the the Service Tech perform the extra concern I approved. Dar also provided additional future warranty information and made us feel like loyal customers and it was actually our first visit. He is an asset for Barnes Crossing Volkswagen!

We just traded in a 2018 Tiguan and bought a new 2025 Tiguan SE. at Barnes Crossing VW. Buying a new vehicle is often an unpleasant experience because of the negotiation phase, but everything went smoothly. We got a fair price and the entire buying experience was quick and easy. The sales staff were accommodating and professional, and we are very happy with our new Tiguan.

The customer service was amazing but the maintenance was not. The ONLY thing that was done was my oil change. The tires were not rotated or aired, the wipers were not inspected, etc. I have been coming to VW for years even for other vehicles and don't want to change but I also don't want lazy or half done service. I am giving the stars according to the service I came in for not the AMAZING customer service which is ⭐⭐⭐⭐
