They have replaced my water heater twice and can't get ahold of them to replace again. I need a mobile home approved water heater with a direct vent. Alex has talked to the propane man that has red tagged me. Not only do I not have hot water but now I can't get propane till its fixed. Y'all don't answer phones either.

I was very impressed with the work done by Banner Construction. They drew up plans and had the job done within a couple of weeks. I was very impressed with the end results and thankful for the expertise and work that went into the planning stage, as well as the final job. They are very professional and I would recommend them for anyone who wants to do things right the first time.

I didn't actually get any work done. I told Thomas what I wanted to do over the phone before he came out and he said it usually runs $30k. He shows up and looks at my 2 small bathrooms and says at least $80k cuz labor has gone up and there will be huge costs for engineering. Bottom line, it felt like I was dealing with a used car salesman that was jacking the price on me.

Great job! Quality work! Howard from Banner Construction came out on short notice and estimated repairs for the home I was looking to purchase. The estimates helped in my decision to buy the home. He did the repairs in a timely manner. The repair work was topnotch and looks great. He was well dressed and very professional. Highly recommend using Banner Construction.

These people are scam artists. I called a day ago and explained I had water damage that was covered by insurance. They made an appointment to meet me at the house (approximately 15 miles from my home). They did not call and did not show up. When I called to see what the problem was, I was told that because there was insurance involved they would charge $450 to $1,200 just for the estimate. These people are obviously a rip off and are afraid to have anyone like an insurance adjuster familiar with the true cost of their repairs overseeing their billing practices. You have been warned.

Banner construction is great, they really helped get our coffee shop project going. Knowledgable to help traverse the city and county requirements, and to develop a plan that would be acceptable to all. Can't say enough good things about this company. Thanks guys!

Hired Banner to remodel a bathroom for me last year. They had problems with their vehicles breaking down not just once but four times on my two week job. Some of the guys they have working for them do a decent job but not all. They had people doing the painting who were not painters, then my floor had to be replaced more than once cause the flooring wasn't laid straight. I just wanted them to get done and be out of my house. Any future work I have done will not be with Banner Construction I cannot not recommend them.

Banner Construction has been around since 1959 and they are a great company. If you are looking for any type of general construction or remodel you should give them a call you won't be disappointed.
