I recommended him to my father and his neighbor and they were all very happy with his job. They crew that completed the job was very fast, respectful and efficient.

Balboa Restoration repaired storm damage on my roof, gutters, window frames, garage door, cupola, and deck. They were fast , efficient, very polite and respectful, and kept the job site clean. This is my second time contracting them and will use them again if the situation arises. Very satisfied!

Had a very positive experience with Gianni and Balboa Restoration & Renovation. Bought a house that he did a roof on a few years ago and had some issues because the former owner modified the new roof creating a leak when we had high winds and rain.

Balboa Restoration & Renovation were great! Got a claim for my roof and within 10 days of signing a contract the work was done! Gianni and Luis are as professional, friendly and knowledgable as you could ask for! Both their roofing and gutter crews were awesome! Did the work in 1 day (for each project), cleaned up and you could hardly tell they had even been there! The roof and gutters look great!
Gianni went out of his way to get me every dollar's worth of claim and actually saved me over $1000 bucks! He took the time to explain every aspect of the project and was very patient with all of my questions! I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone and will be using their services in the future I'm sure!

We hired BALBOA to do siding and window trim and front porch repair work and then paint entire house. They did an excellent job preparing the house by doing the necessary repairs and then caulking and painting the entire house. They did an excellent job. The crew we had was great to work with and their attention to quality and details was outstanding.

Balboa painted and replaced the siding on the front of our home and it looks fantastic. The crew was courteous and the owner was pleasant to work with. Balboa does a lot of work on homes in my neighborhood and they always do a great job. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for professional AND affordable home repairs.

Gianni and the Balboa team did an excellent job on our wood rot and painting project for our home. When I had a question about the project, Gianni stopped by to discuss it. He was very accessible. The scope of the project changed a little and he even decreased our agreed upon price. Not many contractors would do that on a project. Balboa replaced a worn and hail damaged roof as well as installing new custom sheet metal over masonry parapets on my 115 year old house. They were quick thorough and professional. The sheet metal repair was very challenging to accomplish but the persistence of the owner in tracking down the appropriate material resulted in a great result.

Our experience was EXCELLENT! From my first meeting with the project manager to the very end, when everything was complete, the process was smooth and flawless! Our roof is beautiful and makes the house really pop! The owner even came to the job several times to check in on us and afterwards for one final walkthrough. Couldn't be more happy! Last year about this time I saw a person on fb Gianni Gáez. He was posting about his business Balboa roofing. Not even sure how we got to be friend but glad we did. Being a business owner for 20 years I could tell this was his passion!! Take something old, broken, worn out and make it new again to make his clients happy. I contacted him about an estimate after following him for a while. We decided upon a date and time. The day before he called and confirmed with me. Then was actually was on time on the day he said. He dealt with the insurance company, they’re not so great to deal with. Then weather conditions changed by the time everything was settled. Here we are now getting the new roof. He continued over the winter to check in with me sometimes I’d message him about what a great job he was doing on other jobs and then He would say “I haven’t forgotten you.” But I knew he never did forget me because that’s just the type of business owner he is, committed. Super excited today to get the roof put on. The crew was amazing!!! They got here when he said they would. They did everything to cover the grounds perfectly. even went farther with their tarps back to protect things. Brought the vents up to code. (Didn’t have enough) Gianni came to the house checked on things asked me if I needed anything. The guys were so kind. When it came to the clean up Wow!!! They took their time to make sure everything was picked up and double checked. I just had to make some cookies to thank them. Chocolate chocolate chip!! I recommend Gianni at Balboa for any home remodeling!!!! Looks wonderful!
