A big shoutout to Cris, who handled the initial consultation. He took the time to thoroughly educate me on the re-roofing process, explaining each step along the way. I received over six bids, but when you compare materials, workmanship, and warranties, Baja’s quote stood out as the best. Sure, you might get a lower bid elsewhere, but when you break it down line by line, the quality difference becomes crystal clear.

Honestly baja roofing was at the top of there game when Ron was running it but some how his son doesnt know how to treat customers and yeah he can boast he is saving the company when he just abused his dads trust and left his dad and debt in building materials with suppliers from jobs he did and bad mouth his father after he did so the way he dont go an over see any jobs at all to see any of the work is not professional. I wonder why he dont mention how he failed when he branched out in san diego those ethics in business and the way he has no integrity is making people second guess about hiring them . Its easy to ha e good ratings an reviews when u paid for them which isnt an honest review at all an i say that because the reviews are from your employees or their friends n families I hope this is just a prank or a a show where someone is getting l punked because its a great comedy.

We were so impressed with the entire team at Baja Roofing. From the inspection/quoting process which was outstanding all the way through to the final inspection and sign off there was not one issue. The communication from the beginning was amazing and every promise they made was kept. The morning of our demo the project manager Fidel was there at 6:50 and at 7:00 a.m. on the dot a crew of gentlemen were standing in my driveway. Everyone of the wearing matching hoodies and shirts identifying them as Baja Roofing. So Professional! From that point on they exceeded every expectation we had, at the end of the day I have never witnessed a crew clean up so meticulously. The only delay we had was due to the County Inspector not confirming his inspection, but Jeremy called that night and asked if we could delay one day - he was so apologetic for something that was not his fault at all but wanted to make sure our roof wasn't exposed for longer than absolutely necessary. Every night Jeremy would stop by check on progress and fly a drone over the roof and show us the video so we could see the results safely from the ground. When it was finished we were thrilled with the finished installation. I HIGHLY recommend Jeremy and the Baja Roofing Team for your project!

It's so rare to call a company and have the owner answer the phone and help you with your problems. Great service! Baja Roofing had someone at my house within an hour! Worked with Jeremy and Chava on a quick fix on a leak on my roof / vent. They were very knowledgeable about potential issues before getting into it & was able to get it fixed very quickly. Last week I was informed by a tree trimming company that I had a few broken tiles on my roof, so I went online found Baja Roofing and Coatings and gave them a call. It’s not very often these days that someone actually picks up the phone when you call, so I was impressed with that right off the start. I ended up talking to Jeremy who was very friendly and willing to help me right away. After a few minutes talking with Jeremy I new this was the company to do the work.

I figured it would take a week or so to get someone out to take a look at the problem, but Jeremy said he lived in the area and would be glad to stop by later that day when he was headed home to take a look at it, and let me know what needed to be done. Sure enough right on time Jeremy was at my front door. He unloaded a Drone, got it airborne and was able to spot the problem and inspect the rest of my 21 year old roof within a five minutes or so.

Luckily for me there were no other problems then the few broken tiles my tree guy told me about. The cool thing was, Jeremy was honest and didn’t try to up sell me on anything. He did mention that it would be a really good idea to take a look at the underlings of the roof as the roof was built in 2001 by a track home builder and there was a good chance it would be time for some maintenance. No hassle, no pressure just a good old fashioned this is what it is, and this is what you might want to do. I loved it.

I would highly recommend this company to anyone wanting to be treated the same way. Jeremy won my business and my friendship with honesty and willingness to go the extra mile for me.

Baja Roofing reroofed the education building and choir room at Whittier First United Methodist Church. We were pleased first of all with the very professional proposal. They were accommodating when we decided to change the material after signing the contract. They scheduled the work and kept to the schedule, finishing when they said they would. They were careful to protect areas they had to use to access the roof. The roof looks great and hopefully we won’t have any more leaks!

Throughout the project the Baja team maintained excellent communication. They provided regular updates on the progress, addressing any concerns or questions I had along the way. (Too many questions to count) Thankfully Jeremy answered all my concers with ease his clear and transparent communication made the entire process stress-free. Would recommend to anyone looking for a new roof.
