Had my roof done 2 weeks ago and i am very pleased with the team who came out to do it, excellent work would highly recommend.

The process started off good as the sales rep was great. However, when the shingles were delivered, the truck left an oil stain on our property. I was told they would follow up with me to remove the stain. Despite following up several times, I never got an answer. At the time of install, shingles being removed hit our neighbors window multiple times which is not ok. Also, we were promised that we would get photos of the decking under the shingles and the installed shingles during the process. We followed up multiple times but have recieved nothing. Once our install was done, the crew just left. Usually I would expect to be told that the job was done. Instead I had material left in multiple places in my back yard and was unsure if they were coming back.

Had a great experience working with this company. Was simple, well executed, and I couldn’t be happier with the result! Thanks Guys!

I watched this company shingle a roof across the street from my house the last couple of days they did not properly wear wear any of their fall arrest PPE that they had.
When the roof was stripped it had some rot and holes in the roof I watched as the guys doing the roof covered the large holes along the eves with tar paper and shingled over the holes without repairing the holes.
And the alignment of shingles was terrible and looks awkward.
When using leaf blower to clean debris off the roof stepped on the areas where the holes were and left very noticeable indentation on the roof.
I would not let these guys even mow my lawn very poor workmanship and very unsafe a lightning storm and rain blew through and they didn't even get oof the roof just kept putting on shingles during the rain.
They have come to our door speaking to my wife so many times it's boarder line harassment.

I wish i had something positive to say.

I had an emergency situation arise on Saturday, at one of the buildings i oversee as a contractor. I had a good conversation with Antione who said his project coordinator was "ready to proceed immediately." I gave him the contact details for the unit owner and trusted they would be on it.

I received a msg from the unit owner on Sunday saying no one had come out or even contacted her. I sent a follow up message and phone call which went unanswered.

Monday morning now, still no response.

I understand with the rain we've had that things come up and schedules change on the fly. But not contacting the unit owner or responding to my calls and messages is unacceptable.

0 stars, Wouldn't recommend.

Very awesome experience' not only did they do a good job they did it at a very good price, advised me to use an independent inspector and he came inspected said good work done here. The young man the manager is very professional and polite.

An employee of Bains roofing came knocking on my door the other day, telling me that he noticed my shingles were lifting (they haven’t lifted by the way) and he offered to come by the next day at 5:30 for a free estimate. I was curious about their cost so I agreed that he could come by during this time tomorrow. Yesterday came by and he never showed. This company will only waste your time. Bains roofing please don’t come knocking on my door anymore because I won’t consider you for future business.

Extremely Unsafe and Unprofessional Experience

My neighbor recently hired Raj Bains Roofing, and I have to say this has been one of the most unprofessional and unsafe experiences I’ve ever witnessed from a contractor. While removing shingles, the crew was carelessly tossing debris into our yard, even hitting our house. At one point, they were throwing shingles into our front yard near our front door as we were entering the house with our 2- and 3-year-old children nearby.

Earlier that day, while mowing my backyard, a roofer’s spade was thrown off the roof and landed just two feet from me.

If they’re going to toss tools and materials without checking their surroundings, the least they could do is notify us or properly tape off the area. I’m genuinely shocked that no one has been seriously injured by their negligence.

I strongly caution others to think twice before hiring this company.

Update: Although the installers did a horrid job, ultimately everything was completed the way it should be. The owner of the company did a really good job at rectifying the situation and made sure to let us know that not only was this a disappointment to me, but to him as well. He showed he takes pride in the outcome of every job with the company and was very remorseful with how our experience with the installers turned out. I'm hopeful that our experience was just a one off and anyone who decided to use them should be in good hands.

If I could give 0 Stars I would. I regret ever doing business with Bains Roofing. The installers were 1.5 hours late. Came home to shingles on my back deck. Go around to the front to throw them in the bin they brought only to find my Christmas lights shattered on the ground, and 50-60 shingles thrown onto my flowers destroying them. When they have a huge garbage trailer to throw the shingles in. Their excuse was gusts of wind threw them onto the flowers. What a joke. I ended up calling the owner of the company, and he did come out to correct the issues at hand, put my mind at ease for a little bit. Asked him if it would be completed that day and he assured me it would be. Come 630, the installers pack up and leave without saying a word. My husband and I go upstairs to check the work, and it wasn't even finished. Call the owner back and he said that they ran out of material and would be back Monday to finish the job because they needed to wait for the supplier to open, the day of install was Saturday. Told him that he said it would be completed today and that the installers didn't even say they were leaving or that the job was incomplete. He couldn't really give an answer as to why they did that. 30 minutes goes by and the owner calls back saying the guys just had to drop off some crew members off and would be on their way back to complete the job. (Even though they "ran out of supplies"). So it's 830 at night now, haven't seen the crew back and tried calling and texting the owner, only to be ignored. The installers do end up coming around 840pm and "finishing" the job. I texted the owner on Sunday and he finally stopped ignoring me. I sent him pictures, which the finished product looked way better, but I don't even think it's finished as there is Tyvek left exposed. The owner said that it is supposed to look like that. He also said that we would have final pictures and warranty information soon. It's now Thursday and we don't have anything. Husband texted him this morning in regards to the exposed Tyvek, and no response. I called him to check on our final pictures and warranty information and he said he still needs to check with the installation team. I also mentioned my husband reached out and he said he will get back to him, husband hasn't heard a peep from him. After all is said and done, I 100% regret doing business with Bains Roofing and do not recommend them to anyone. Not even sure how they are BBB rated, this company is an absolute joke.

Never in my years have I dealt with such unprofessional people. First of all he blows off apoiments without telling you he did this twice. He offered a qoute without even assessing the inside or outside cause they couldn't be bothered to show up. Then I was promised a qoute that never arrived and then not only wouldn't communicate changed just started ducking my calls. Take your money elsewhere this company is a joke

This company roofed the house across from my mother's house. Starting at 7am on Sunday of August long weekend waking the entire street up with their very large air compressor and leaf blowers. They can afford all this noisy gear but apparently can't afford fall protection for their workers. I wouldn't get this company to roof my house if they were half the price of everyone else in town. Hope the OHS visit was worth it

I am extremely happy with the job that these folks did on my roof, and cannot believe how quickly the work was done. They had all the old shingles off and the new roof on in one day. They were super tidy and efficient and the roof looks great. Fair prices too

They are very busy, a lot of customer and so poor after service and quality is a bit compromise. Always says we will come back and fix it, but they dont as they are very busy and they forget to get back to you. Im done and tired of following up with them, gave them months a chance but they have forgotten me. They maybe a bit cheaper but you get what you pay, i get that!
