Our water heater started leaking on a Saturday, of all times. Not only did these guys answer the phone, but they didn’t charge us an arm and a leg, and they had a new one installed by 3:00 pm. I will definitely use their services again in the future!!

I had my tanks cleaned so great time to getting the valves that were sticking changed out. Came to see what they needed one day and showed up right after tank cleaner finished to get the new ones on.
They will be my go to mobile service in Gillette.

I had Brent and his wife come out to our site to look at several issues with our fifth wheel…leaky faucets, broken refrigerator, unreliable hot water heater. I knew instantly that they knew what they were talking about. The diagnosed the faucets immediately and showed me the problem. They gave me options to repair or replace and I chose the replacement route. While looking at replacements, Brent called me to let me know price and brand option and shared warranty info. He made great, reasonable recommendations. They came back and finished the job, spending more time than expected but did a great job. They were more than fair on pricing and worked diligently the entire time! Super friendly, reliable, and trustworthy! I’d highly recommend them to ANYONE!

We had a leak from our toilet, and had several different company’s out to look at it. We contacted B&P Gillette, and they were out here FAST! Diagnosed the problem and spent a long time on the phone with the company, and got the new toilet shipped and installed in a VERY TIMELY MANNER!! B&P Gillette is a very fair and honest company, and will definitely use them again! If you have a dog, they will bring treats!!(Rip loved them)☺️

Need a mobile technician for RV work? Brett and Patty are incredible. Fast, friendly, reliable, knowledgeable just awesome people. Would give them more stars if I could. They have made my nightmare Grand Design RV purchase bearable. They fixed the faulty furnace, faulty tankless water heater and several little things. Yes this RV was brand new but a piece of ….. until Brett and Patty fixed everything. Highly recommend.

Call 3 other services in Gillette, told by all 3 when they would be out, no shows on all 3 called Band P ,they were out within hours,Assess the issue ordered the parts and fixed it ,I would Recommend them for Repairs Thanks You 2.

I reached out to B & P Gillette for an electrical emergency. Brett provided excellent communication, was extremely knowledgeable in diagnosing our issue, and fit us into his schedule promptly even though we are located 100 miles away. He and Patty arrived timely, with all the potential parts on hand, and my electricity was back within 2 hrs.

They also fit in replacing our AC in the same visit. He even inspected the roof while he was up there and identified a few needed repairs.

We discussed some upgrades and other repairs and are planning another work day.

Both Brent and Patty are highly professional, happily answered all my questions and provided easy to understand explanations. I give B and P Gillette my highest recommendation and look forward to working with them again! You cant go wrong with B and P!

Brad and his wife were very professional they called and set an appointment and then called to let me know they were on there way. I have never had the quality and kindness from any service company in this area, like these folks gave! They are the best! They have worked on my Camper and plumbing in my house. My dog loves them. 5 stars!
