Quality work, on-time, and excellent communication. We got quotes from 3 companies. One was very high and the service attitude of the owner’s son who came to quote was very poor. AZ Shingle Pros and another company were close in price, but Todd won us over with his stellar work attitude and knowledge. Highly recommend AZ Shingle Pros!

Todd came over and did the evaluation, found a couple of things and gave us the low down. No pressure. They had availability for us the next week. JR and his crew came when they said they would. I knew the 1998 tile roof underlayment and rolled roof patio needed replacing and upon seeing the positive results of a neighbor’s house, I contacted AZ Shingle Pros. Mike provided a complete proposal with an extensive listing (1-20) of what would be done and the cost for roofing materials with manufacture warranty. There was professionalism and expertise throughout the process. You could tell the team of roofers knew how to do the job and the placement of the original tiles being better than the original. Neighbors have commented on how tightly the tiles were placed, smoothness of the mud caps and the scalloped bird stops. Junior was wonderful about working with me on meeting HOA standards as to the patio roof and the time spent answering all my questions. Truly an asset to this company. Kennedy was great with clear communication about contracts, warranties and construction dates. Everyone in this company is exceptional. This company did exactly what they said they were going to do. It took them 1 1/2 days to do my roof. The other 2 bids I received were cheaper , but said 5-7 days to finish. AZ Shingle Pros used a better product and cleaned up after them selves, both days. I would highly recommend using this company.

The first thing that attracted me to this company was the price. They were lower than the other estimates I had received. But then I was very happy with the results as well.

We have been trying to come up with a solution to stop the woodpeckers from creating holes on our roof, and Mike from AZ shingle pros is who we went with. He came up with the idea of using elastomeric and ceramic granules. While it’s too early to see if this is a deterrent to the woodpeckers, I can say, so far so good! I can say with certainty that the customer service is excellent. This is a family run business and it is apparent that everyone cares about their job. What really stood out is, when Mike was doing his bid, he was worried a monsoon would be coming and he started patching the major holes for free so we wouldn’t have a leak in our home! And mind you , he did this knowing there’s a chance we might not select him. He offered fair pricing, and a unique idea so we chose his company. During the roofing project, his brother even trimmed a tree branch that was falling for us! This is going above and beyond and that is what they do!

Awesome experience from first meeting Mike, he was the most knowledgeable and provided a more thorough explanation than any other quote I got. The crew that showed up was friendly and worked hard completing my project in just over a day where others were quoting 4-5 days and they left my yard cleaner than when they showed up.

Mike and his team knocked on out of the park with my new roof. I got about 10 bids -his was not the most expensive, or the cheapest, but when he came by the house to explain it all, it was clear he knew what he was doing. I had three roofs that needed replacing after that big July storm. Mike with AZ Shingles was so helpful in coordinating between my insurance company and getting the job done – AND with no money up front. I had a deadline to meet, and they were well within that timeline. They went over and above in my opinion, even removing solar panels that had blown into one of our horses’ turnouts, and worked with me to ensure that nothing they did would spook my horses, which was a big relief for me. They were on time, did a very professional job, and cleaned up behind them. I couldn’t have asked for anything better. Kennedy was exceptional at keeping me updated every step of the way, and answered any questions I had promptly and efficiently. JR even sent photos of the roofing progress. After seeing everyone around my home in my neighborhood replacing roofs, I stopped by one of the projects on my way home from the gym and asked if they could come look at mine and make any suggestions or provide an estimate. I gave my number to the foreman and received a call from them a couple of hours later. They scheduled Mike to come out the very next day. He went up on the roof and took pictures but even went a step further and had me come up to look at what he was seeing. The underlayment was badly in need of being replaced, and ASAP by the looks of it. When I asked how far out they were scheduling Mike said about 2 weeks. He got me the estimate a few hours later. I accepted his proposal and work started about 2 weeks later as he said. He showed me everything they would use TU43 underlayment double layered, the moldings, and flashing, etc. Told me they would send pictures throughout the process. Everything went as I was told, the best part was that they not only started on time, but they finished the same day as they had a large crew that day. So I could not be happier and now I don't have to worry about my 30k floors being flooded after a heavy rain, something I was quite concerned about seeing everyone else in the area redo roofs.

When I had major roof damage after a storm, my insurance adjuster recommended AZ Shingle Pros LLC for the job. They were wonderful to work with. They did an excellent job. I would recommend them to anyone needing roof repairs. Very nice clean up also.

I looked at several roofing companies, got quotes and met with 5 of them. After meeting with Mike, I knew that I wanted AZ Shingles to do my roof, no matter what the estimate came in at. They met all my requests and answered my questions, sometimes even before I asked. (I had a spreadsheet going). They are highly professional, have a stable and experienced crew, and didn't pull any salesman's tricks.

I was not wrong. There were always at least 2 people on site in charge, not that I had any questions for them. They said they'd be there at 6 a.m. and they were. They said they'd be done by 3. They were done by 2, and that included leaving my property cleaner than when they arrived. There were two layers of roofing on my home, they removed it all down to the plyboard, laid a new underlayment before adding shingles, trim and flashing on the transitions. Professional quality, excellent work throughout. During the roofing, they sent photos to me to keep me updated on the process.

I was able to choose a high quality shingle and include extras like the roof vent. They also removed some defunct solar panels and replaced plywood and trim on my roof where it was needed.

Not long after they arrived, I talked to someone at the dog park who said her roof had taken 5 days - and that wasn't even a complete replacement. Other friends said their roof replacement had taken 3 days. I'm so glad I was persistent and found the right roofing company.

Shingle Pros replaced the roof on 2 separate houses for me with the same great result.
