AZ Pro Inspector was great and all that I expected. Hired them for a new home 1 year warranty inpsection. Danny was friendly, courteous, knowledgable and explained things well. He spent a good deal of time (nearly 4.5 hours) going over the entire house, appliances, electrical outlets/box, garages, back yard, front yard, roof and attic. He documenting any flaw that was deemed excessive or poor quality workmanship or damage. Also went over the findings with us in person. Was very happy with the report and summary. Lots information and very detailled. Definetely worth it. I will use this company again when needed and will recomend them to anyone needing a home inspection.

From the initial call when I was getting a quote, to the inspection itself, and through the walkthrough Danny was personable, professional, honest, and went above and beyond every time. About 6 months late posting this, but Danny was super friendly and did an excellent job for our 1 year builder warranty inspection. Was able to come out very quickly which helped because we procrastinated a bit and were coming up against the deadline and my normal guy wasn't available for 2 weeks. Would for sure recommend, thanks for a great job!

Danny did a great job on my home inspection! I am a Realtor and own an investment home in Arizona City. I had Danny inspect the home approximately a week before my builder warranty expired. Danny found many property deficiencies that the builder is now fixing for me! The inspection was thorough and affordable.
