Jobe came out to do duct cleaning and successfully did that an awesome guy updated me on some knowledge of duct cleaning and what to do in the future and was a down to earth person.

Tony and Mike came out to clean my dryer vent after it started heating up my laundry room and smelling weird. They were very communicative about the exact time of the service, professional and willing to answer questions. They were even kind enough to change my filter and offered to show me how to do it in the future! Great company, highly recommend.

The phone number associated with this company is also on the invoice for "Pro Home Services" - Certified Green Team sent them to a property I manage, as a licensed vendor to perform chimney cleaning and inspections. They are not licensed. First, they offered to send an inspector and fix the issue of having a licensed company complete the inspection, then they said they are "currently in Lebanon fighting on the border and unable to be with their phone." SCAM!!!!

Jobe came to do our duct cleaning and was very thorough. He explained every step of the way. Was very careful, professional, and a joy to chat with. If you hire this company (and I suggest you do) ask for Jobe. I am VERY PLEASED!!!!!

The same thing happenned to me with this company too. Thay have different names and no address to go in person . They block me when I called them. They steal your money. This company appears to be a very shady front designed to prey on naive customers searching for all kinds of home repair service online. They have now been reported to the Better Business Bureau.

Just had my ducts and chimney cleaned out, prices were reasonable. 2 technicians super professional arrived and did their magic. I’ll do it again next year, no doubt

If I could give negative stars I would. This company is a scam. They were suppose to replace chimney cap and repair cement. Still having leaking problems. Called several times in 30 days with no return call. Had another company come out take pictures and work was not actually performed by this company at all! Do not use them

This is a bait and switch. They quoted me $149 for “regular vent cleaning” and $89 for “regular drier vent cleaning”. Turns out I needed a “deep” clean when they got here which was quoted at over $1000. So they did a “regular” cleaning which was basically nothing. Don’t get scammed.

Homeowners beware: just had a horrible experience with home service for dryer vent cleaning, I was obscenely overcharged for very poor service and lied to by the service technician when I questioned the price. This company appears to be a very shady front designed to prey on naive customers searching for all kinds of home repair service online. They have now been reported to the Better Business Bureau and I will be meeting with the state law enforcement and attorney general's office to help them investigate what exactly is going on with this extremely suspicious operation.

Job was extremely polite, explained the entire process, and helped us understand how to help keep ducts and dryer vent clear in the future. Would have them perform the services again when we need it in the future.

Professional service by the company I called to set an appointment and they were very professional. I had my vents clean and sanitised by avi he did great job, he walked me through the entire process from start to finish. definitely recommended!!

My mother lives in a condo by herself and was quoted $149 over the phone for dryer vent cleaning. AVI was the technician on site told her it would be $600 due to her needing a deep clean. My mother who has no knowledge of the work felt obligated to proceed since the condo requires receipts of this being done. Avi cleaned her vents for 45 minutes and seemed to do nothing above and beyond to be considered a deep clean.

I have called the company back who has quoted me $149 for regular cleaning and $400 for a deep clean. My mother also called them and they stand by their price. Correct me if I am wrong but there is no such thing as a deep clean. You either clean it or don’t clean the vents (quoted from my father in law who has 20+ years experience in the business, unfortunately out of state) I am in the process of contacting the Better Business Bureau however the name of the company does not match the recipient and neither comes up on the website. There is something not right here and I will get to the bottom of it. AY Air Duct & Dryer Vent this is your chance to make it right because $600 for dryer air vent cleaning is absurd. Shame on you guys for such a large bait and switch!

If I could give no stars I would. This company came through AHS. Prior to the appointment I explained it was the a dryer vent issue, they said great we can take care of it and charge my credit card $75. The tech came looked at the issue called the company and they decided the issue wasn't covered by AHS. Why couldn't they say that when I made the call? I was out of $75 and had to pay $350 to fix the issue. What a rip-off.

After a year of this happening I received an reply to my review wanting to have a conversation. If this is for me to change my review forget it because what happened really happened. It doesn't change the fact that I was charged for a service call after explaining the issue that you knew wasn't covered.

They cleaned our chimney and HVAC and vent systems ! It was a bit pricey, but Avi did a thorough job of cleaning them all !

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

The only thing positive was their responsiveness. I was able to get someone to come out the same day on a weekend to try and unclog my dryer vent. The positives ended there.

The technician took about 30-45 min at the house allegedly unclogging and cleaning the dryer vent. However, even when he was finished, no air was coming out outside. The tech claimed this was OK and he has seen this before and assured us the vent was clear. This was absolutely false. After charging us $219, we had to have someone else come out and actually fix the issue. That other company’s technician discovered this company left the vent completely blocked and called it a fire hazard.

I attempted to call back this company to discuss the unprofessional, unsatisfactory work, but they just cashed the check and ignored the call. They have not responded to messages or texts either. While I’ve tried to resolve this informally with them, they aren’t leaving me much recourse than to take a more formal approach.

Again, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

UPDATE: The company did finally return my texts and calls. They advised that the particular employee that did the work was terminated for stealing from their company. They initially gave me about half my $$ back saying that's all the employee gave them. However, when I sent them a copy of the check cashed by their registered owner himself, they gave me a full refund. Would I use them again -- absolutely not. I simply don't trust them, but I appreciate their acknowledgment of the issue and them providing a full refund.

Great air duct service! I had my vents cleaned and sanitized. Gogo was the technician, he was very friendly and very accommodating. He explained the whole process to me and how things work. He is extremely efficient and wonderful. He will come back in two weeks to treat the mold problem I have in my basement. I trust him and highly recommend him.

Job (pronounced "Jobe" - like the bible story) came out to my house this week to clean the vents. He walked me through the entire process, explained pricing and services provided, and inspected parts of my vents to provide - and this is key - HONEST recommendations on services needed. Quick, communicative, and professional.

No upselling. None of the "you really need this mold spray and fancy UV light installed" that other companies pitch. Just simple, straightforward, and PERSONAL service.

10/10; would highly recommend. Job has EARNED my continued business.

Expensive and Poor Quality. First, they put a used air filter in backwards in my HVAC and sent a ton of dust through my vents.
I found the dust in my vents after they cleaned them, and when I told them about it, they asked me to prove it. So, I took pictures and showed them, and they promised to come back, but never did. Pictures are from AFTER the "cleaning".

Job did an awesome job! He was very thorough and explained the work he was performing and how much it would cost. I would highly recommend AY for your HVAC needs.

We had Shawn visit our home today for a chimney cleaning. He kept us up on his schedule and was right on time. While he was here, he was great. Did a great job and explained everything he did. As someone in the service industry myself, Shawn was a great representative for your company. Give the man a raise!

Jon cleaned our chimney and not sure if it had ever been done before. Needless to say it was needed. He was very polite and answered all my many questions. He did a fabulous job! I will be hiring them to come and do our home air ducts/vents soon.

Chimney needed cleaning and we just generally were clueless about how to ensure we were maintaining the fireplace safely. They were very responsive and professional - and when I had a confusion about payment and couldn't get my Zelle app to work - they were very patient and offered alternative payment methods. Definitely will use again.
