Farzin and his team just completed a deck project for us. They are far and away the most friendly, professional team of contractors I’ve ever worked with. The work was complete quickly and was very high quality. I appreciated that Farzin provided several estimates to allow me to choose how far of a deck rehab we wanted to do. His whole team was easy to work with and each individual put a lot of care and expertise into their part of the work. They were also creative in finding solutions to some challenging issues they discovered in the process of the repairs. I especially appreciated that they were able to use the nontoxic, no-VOC finish I requested, which required a slightly different process. They went the extra mile to figure out to be apply it and perfected their process as they went. I’m so glad I found them and you will be too!

Farzin and his team did a great job with my drywall project, including installing trim and painting at a fair price. They were professional and communicated clearly.

R3 Home Services recently changed our living room carpet to a very elegant hardwood floor, stairs and hallway as well.
The quality of the materials is the best. I shopped around and they beat the prices.
The team is professional. They removed all old carpets and furnitures and at the end of the work they cleaned every where and put the furnitures back. I can’t wait to start the new project with them in my house which are our bedrooms.

R3 Renovations does fantastic interior and exterior renovations. I used them to re-do my old kitchen and they were extremely professional, and completed the project even before they were scheduled to! I cannot recommend them enough!

If I could give him 0 stars, I would.
He was aware that I traveled from Missouri for the brick repair on the exterior of my house. About 2 weeks prior to my trip, he stopped at the house looked at the brick and said he was going to repair the bottom ROWS and quoted $1,400.
Today is the start date and he arrived about 10 mins before me. Before I got there, he took the bricks from left side of the house going UP, not ACROSS the rows! He told me they were loose. I was at the house yesterday with another contractor looking at the brick and touching them they were not loose! He told me he has to redo ALL of the brick and it will be $6,000! I asked him to put it back they way it originally was, he lied and said he will but can't do it today because he needs to get materials but he already had the material because he was starting work today! He made my house look worse, mixed up rows and columns, didn't apologize or take accountability for the mess he made and lied about repair the further damage he did. The owner of this company is a liar and a thief.

Farzin and Ali were terrific. They clearly communicated each day’s plans and progress and got our job done in the timeline they laid out. Their staff worked diligently and neatly, being very respectful of our home. We had a wedding shower here, for my son and his fiancée, after our project was to be completed and they stayed very late one night to get our plumbing done so the bath renovation would stay on track. The floors and bath renovation were done on time, the wedding shower was beautiful and everyone loved our new updates.
