Josh was very responsive to our request to re-side our home with a board and batten style to replace our existing siding. He worked closely with us to get the trim color right, and when a new outdoor light needed installing, he contacted Ron at RC Electric to have it fixed. After the job was completed, Josh came out to finalize the paperwork and went on the roof to check on a gutter downspout for us. While on the roof he conducted a roof inspection and took pictures in the event we had questions. We were very happy with the finished product: it looks great, the color is great, the installation wasn't drawn out for weeks and Award Construction (Josh) was very responsive by text or by phone with questions we had.
I recommend Award Construction to anyone that wants their home with new siding. We appreciate the fact that they are meticulous and are customer (& consumer) friendly. I believe you will be satisfied with the final product.

The estimate process was very streamline and the work was completed in a timely fashion. Josh was extremely communicative during the complete process and thankfully Award Construction is one of the honest contractors that don't over charge and under perform. The process was so seemless I used them for a rental we were trying to sale.

Josh and his crew put a new roof on my house, resided one end and wrapped my windows. They were professional, caring and communicated with us the whole way. I have been trying for three years to get the leak in my roof repaired. I have encountered several roofers, window repair people, general contractors etc. They tell me they'll come and look. They don't show up. They say they'll call me back...they don't call. Some I've even paid...but the roof still leaked.

One Sunday afternoon Award Construction knocked on my door asking for my business. I was rude and abrasive and insulting. "I've heard that before" I said.

Bottom line: they came and looked. Said they'd call me back...and they did! The said they'd get me a quote. They did! Said they'd show up and do the work by a certain date. They did! Said they'd give me a warranty. They did!

I would recommend them to anyone who needs roof work done. In this day and age... it's hard to find someone willing to work and get the job done. I'm sure glad they knocked on my door that Sunday!

They did a great job! Excellent work on the roof, super people to work with. They go out of the way to be helpful. They helped us figure things out and answered all our questions. They are honest and that’s what everyone needs! We used them in 2013 and now again in 2020. The fact that they’ve been in business for a long time makes them solid, dependable, and trustworthy.

Randall was very thorough through my whole process. From the estimate, to checking to see if we were ok after the second big storm hit, to stopping by after the crew was finished to inspect. The process was very easy and very fast. I would highly recommend Randall and Award Construction.
