For over 10 years Avondale Roofing has been responsive, reliable, and priced fairly in addressing our roof repair, replacements and other roof issues. Would recommend.

Prompt and throughout estimate. Came when scheduled and completed the work which seemed fine. Ultimately we'll know in time how things turn out. I'd give them 5 stars but there was one hiccup. There was a misunderstanding regarding downspout work we asked them to perform. No big deal, these things happen. But, when we called to say what happened no one from Avondale got back to us. All we wanted to find out was if there was any possible remedy. People don't like being ignored.

Not sure how much was shared between the sales rep and the crews who did the work. Some siding and facia was torn. Asked the roofer if they cut into the mortar to install the flashing on the chimney and just was told that it was sealed. Expected a more professional job.

We had a tearoff and new roof on seven attached townhomes . The avondale crew was quite professional and considerate. They cleaned well afterwards and offered to come in to clean the rooms under the skylights (which were replaced), if we felt it necessary. As to the quality of the roofing, time will tell, but I have confidence that if problems do arise (and I'm not expecting this) they will be responsive.

Great company that provided excellent advice and performed phenomenal work. I really appreciated the time they took to explain things to us.

I had a large tree limb smash through the roof during a nasty storm. I got a referral for Avondale from a family member in a neighboring suburb. Avondale could not have been better to work with. They were prompt, polite, very professional, and did an excellent and affordable repair. I would highly recommend Avondale to anyone needing a roof or roof repair, and I certainly plan to use them, again (hopefully not in a similar emergency, thouogh!)

I call they come. I had an entire roof replaced several years ago, since then I have had a few issues with other things. I call get a quote and get the work done.

We were very happy with Avondale. They kept to the schedule they had given us, their work was high quality, they were responsive to all questions and concerns and they left our property completely cleaned up without any debris.

We used Avondale roofing 20+ years ago and again this Fall. The Pre-Sales team was thorough and timely. The install team was clean, respectful of property and finished on time!

Great communication and quick service! Crew was friendly and cleaned up well after finishing up. And, prior to having the work done, Avondale took the time to come up with a custom solution for the flat part of our roof that was leaking.

Had a very unique mcm home with multiple sloped flat roof lines. Avondale came in at a decent price point and more importantly realistic installation windows of time. Was easy to communicate with their sales team and install team during the process when running into unexpected hiccups. Thus far no leaks !

Ryan and Tony from Avondale Roofing were phenomenal with regards to bringing my hail damage claim to completion. It involved a new roof, six skylights with solar blinds, new aluminum siding, trim and custom half-round gutters. The foreman of each crew was always on site ready to answer any questions I had. Many thanks to Cesar, Angel and Jesus… the finished product is simply stunning.

Avondale Roofing re-roofed our house and installed new 5" gutters. Throughout the whole process, they were very responsive and professional. We've hired them in the past to clean snow off of our roof and we had a similar, great experience that time as well. I would highly recommend them!

I had siding installed to the front/top attic part of the house. They (Tony) were honest, informative and transparent in their scope of work. Everyone I spoke to for the project were very professional and responsive. The job looks very well done and beautiful. Attached is a picture of their work. This job was done in a timely manner and efficiently. Tuckpointing still needs to be done on the wall, which a different company will be doing since Avondale Roofing does not do this type of work. I highly recommend Avondale Roofing for your projects :)

Worked with Avondale previously to replace our roof. This time they replaced our gutters and downspouts in the middle of winter. We are very pleased with the service and quality of work. They are very responsive and professional.

Avondale was a shot in the dark and we were pleasantly surprised. Tony, the salesman who worked with me was so kind, very professional and patient! My building owners took several months to make a decision as to what company to go with and all of the prospects fell away without follow-up. Tony stuck in there every couple months to see where we stood without any pressure...just so professional. The bid was average with the other bids, however, their products were above the standard and they were very transparent. You won't be disappointed with the quality of materials or work! They held true to their word and got the job done in a very timely fashion after waiting months for the answer.

In a time when impressiveness is scarce, Avondale hit a home run!

Roof, siding, and gutter installation were done promptly and well, replacing what had been damaged in a hailstorm. We've worked with Avondale in the past and would gladly recommend them.

Very professional crew from initial consult through to installation. They went above and beyond in terms of scheduling me in between my tenant changes and weather patterns in a two week window. Pricing I feel represented good value.

Earlier this year we had a bizarre hail storm which destroyed our roof. Our insurance company referred us to a remediation company who subsequently brought in Avondale. It was a complicated project, with layers upon layers of shingles on our 100+ year old house; a very high peak and a garden that I was VERY worried about. The Avondale team treated our home like it was their own. They set up a system to protect our plants and each day used their handy magnet to pick up nails. Not a leaf was damaged and when they finished the job you would never know they were there. Any roofer can replace a roof. Its the extras that matter, i.e. care and attention to the property including cleanup and garden protection for which Avondale deserves this 5 Star rating.

Ryan Collett is our sales associate. He has been professional and courteous. Ryan gives complete descriptions of the service Avondale performed for our townhome association. He promptly replies to any questions we may have.

The inspectors and laborers were also very professional and took their time with our development.

Ryan is very easy to reach and knowledgeable.

Avondale replaced my home's shingle roof. No issues whatsoever. Price was in line with other estimates, follow up was good, and the roofers were tidy and prompt. Very good experience overall.

Before calling Avondale Roofing, I had been battling with a leaky roof for the last year+. Ryan and his team swooped in and replaced the roof in less than 48 hours! They were professional, quick and cleaned up every trace after they were done! Awesome job!!

O’Hara’s Son Roofing completed our redo of a flat roof they installed over 15 years ago. Back then we liked the company so much not only for their value but their professionalism that two other neighbors also had total roof replacements. We at the time had our total roof and aluminum trim done as well. However, back to present day. The team which came today was professional, clean, and hard working. Our dog got out and one of team members helped me in retrieving him. The team worked hard and efficiently. I could not speak more highly of this company.

I was quite the nervous nellie when it came time to re-roof. I was terribly worried about my garden being smooshed.
My garden and plants were tented and tarped, the roof came down and miraculously went back up and my garden remained as in tack as before they had started.
What a dedicated, thorough, caring and responsible team.

The clean up was as meticulous, beautifully fine combed, no stray nail or staple had a chance.

From my first phone call to Corey in the office to Tom the estimator/repairman my experience was excellent and the service was gratifying. I definitely will recommend anyone I know to Avondale if they have any roofing problems. On a scale from 1to10, I give them a 10 plus.

Very poor customer service and follow up. After initial contacting me and saying they would take a commercial job. When I indicated we would like to move forward with the job they gave me the run around about renting equipment and pricing material to start the job the upcoming week. I never heard from them again. Instead of just saying they didn't want the job they just did and said nothing.

The work on my roof was done extremely well. Anything I needed Tom Butler and his men took care of to perfection. I loved the work. Cori in the office was very professional and patient in every way . She also was terrific. I would recommend Avondale to anyone who needs roofing and would not hesitate to call them again if needed. Thank you Tony Gutilla

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY...not solvent and sounds like they perform zero due diligence on subcontractors they use.

I've fully paid for roof, soffit, and fascia on time 50% up front and 50% when the final invoice came through. Job was completed in October 2017 and payment from me sent...in November 2017 I received a notice of potential lien from a subcontractor they used. No information about this subcontractor nor their right to place a lien on my property was presented at any point in working with Avondale.

After talking to Avondale they admitted they didn't pay the subcontractor and that they didn't have any money. Their plan was to wait until warmer weather so that newer jobs could pay off the bill from the sub they used on my property -- AWFUL ponzi scheme like business model.

Understandably the subcontractor did end up filing a lien on my property. I've needed to contact legal help to help remove the lien that was placed.

Avondale installed my roof a year ago. It was a difficult project with a mix of flat and shingled sections (another contractor refused to even bid), but they did a great job at a pretty good price. They also thoroughly cleaned up the debris from several tear-off layers.
