I have an elderly friend that had used a fly-by-night roofing company from Phoenix after the 2017 storm where almost everyone in town needed new roofs. They left her skylight damaged and leaking and now shingles are blowing off and causing leaks in the ceiling. Since she has a hearing issue as well and it is hard for her to hear over the phone, I helped her find a reputable company here in town to come and do the repairs.

Aisai is the owner and he came out personally and checked over the issues she was having. He was so patient and listened to all of her issues (I was there as she explained everything). He got up on the roof and covered the exposed area with a tarp until his crew could get out for the repair, to make sure there would be no more damage with the storms we have been having. Then he got her scheduled at the earliest possible time, even juggling a big job, knowing she needed to get in.

He sent two of his best guys out on a Saturday, just to make sure she was taken care of. I made sure to be there, because she get s a little nervous and these two workers were so awesome. They were just as patient as Aisai. She told them about all her concerns again. They not only fixed the area where the shingles were missing, but they checked all of the other shingles and found a number of them that were loose, so they made sure they were fastened securely and used the sealant on exposed nails as well.

Then they came inside and did the drywall repairs and repairs around the skylight. I don't even know how they did it, but they textured the drywall to match exactly. It is so beautiful. My friend is very happy and so am I!
