Blake and Logan were very professional, courteous and informative. I had no water in my house and within 3 hours had replaced my underhouse water tank and my 40 year old well pump. I highly recommend Austin well service. You will not be disappointed in their professional services.

Had my pump controller go bad on a Friday morning. Even though they were booked solid Shay got his tech, Blake out to my house within an hour. Blake determined it was the control unit and they had a replacement out to him and my water back on in a very short time. These guys are very friendly and know their stuff. He is quick with his job and gets the work done. He cleaned mine and my mom septic tank out and did more work for my mom all in the same day and still had daylight to do more work. If you need some work done call them up they are great people

"Water has stopped" Who do I call & who can I trust???

The original company that drilled and serviced my well (403 foot deep) was out of business and I had no water, but they recommended Shay Austin and gave me his number.

I called the number and Shay answered. I shared with him the brief history of the well and that I had no water. He immediately said he could have his crew (Allen and Will) out within a few hours to check it out and have me going with some H2o in no time.

Allen & Will were there in a couple of hours. Allen introduced himself and Will then went through all the "checks" and shared with me each step of the checks until finally realizing the pump itself failed.

Allen gave me all the options at this point and a general cost for each. Through all this checking, I had come to trust them for they were both knowledgeable & professional. I went with each recommendation they gave, since they were the professionals.

So within about 2 1/2 hours of their arrival I had water again!
