Heat was pouring into our second-floor bedrooms through the roof. Attic Chief installed a radiant barrier under the rafters and added spray foam near the sloped sections of the attic. It dropped the upstairs temperature and made a difference. They also fixed small gaps along the roofline that we didn’t know about. The job took a day, and they stayed on task the entire time. They handled it well from start to finish.

Building an office behind our main home meant dealing with a tricky gambrel roof. Ray led the crew that spray-foamed the rafters and walls to tighten it. He explained why spray foam worked better with the weird angles, and he was right. Even during heavy rains, there are no leaks or cold spots. The office is cozy and quiet.

We had ongoing issues with drafts coming up from the crawl space and down from the roof line. Attic Chief addressed both areas, sealing the crawl space and adding new insulation to the attic and roof slopes. The job was big, but they stayed organized and kept us in the loop the whole time. Since they finished, the house feels so much more comfortable, and the energy bills have gone down.
