My wife and I were shopping for our first home and found one we absolutely loved that we decided to put an offer on, only to find out from the inspection that the roof had been leaking and had mold growth. We needed the roof replaced on a quick timeline to keep the closing process on track and both parties happy, and Danyllo and the team at Atrax came highly recommended by our real estate agent. They were excellent! They were able to get us on their schedule super quickly, and even with scattered rain throught the week they still were able to get everything replaced and sealed up well. The new roof looks fantastic, and it's given us peace of mind to know the previous issues were dealt with. Would definitely recommend Atrax for any roofing needs!

Atrax recently installed a new metal roof on our main home and ADU. They delivered a high-quality roof for a fair price while demonstrating professionalism, integrity and patience. We’re happy we selected them for our project, they’re our go-to referral for any roofing and/or gutter work. And if for some reason we need a roofer in the future we’ll unquestionably use them again. But we don’t expect to, due to their workmanship.

Our project was a long, complicated effort due to the nature of the roof. Multiple roofing companies declined to submit quotes, or provided opaque ones that allowed for considerable overages. Atrax did the opposite. They provided a quote that was both detailed and accurate, and answered a plethora of questions we had about the details.

They went above and beyond to mitigate the immediate leak, before we’d even selected them for our project. One of their employees, Darrell, spent an entire day at our home doing a detailed analysis of the issue, after which he elected to tarp the entire roof in order to prevent further water entry. He worked independently on the roof in the dark to do so – and did so out of his own empathy for us as homeowners dealing with a leak in our toddler’s bedroom.

We really can’t stress how much we appreciate Atrax’s integrity and patience. They fielded 100s if not 1,000s of our questions throughout the project, and didn’t at any point express even a hint of frustration. And as curveballs arose during the installation they confronted them professionally by providing detailed and thoughtful plans for their resolution, while stressing that any expenses resulting from the complications were their responsibility.

We’d like to specifically thank Danyllo, Luis and Darrell. The three of them went above and beyond to keep us up to date and make sure that we were beyond satisfied with the result.

Luis and his team from Atrax Roof & Gutter were great. I had soffits and eave work done in addition to the gutters replaced. They were on time, very professional, very knowledgeable about the the work being done and their work was great! In the future, when I need additional roof work done I will definitely get them a call.

Atrax came to inspect and repair a roof leak that happened after my roof was hit by a falling branch during a windstorm. They replaced some shingles and repaired the underlayer. Months later the leak started again. Atrax came out right away to check their work as it was still under warranty. Turns out there was another hole from the branch right above where they did their original work. Atrax was kind enough to repair it at no charge even though it wasn't technically part of the original job. Both times they came out to work on my roof they responded very quickly and were very professional.

This company has been outstanding from start to finish. We had a complicated new metal roof and attic venting repair from Atrax and honestly we are impressed. We had several bids and the pricing is spot on but what stands out is the expertise, professionalism and responsiveness. We worked with Luis and he not only answers his phone but he is detailed, experienced, honest, conscientious and has follow through. Additionally, we know three other houses Atrax has worked on and they are also happy with their roofs (2 metal and one shingle). We highly recommend Atrax.

Tried to get a quote for our roof and gutters, had to reach out to Darryl after his visit to send the quote. We were promised we would have it end of day Monday. It is now Friday, and we still haven't even heard from him. Even if we received the quote now, I would not trust the company to complete the work.

Update: I have still not received the quote as of 9/21/22 and the company is blaming me for their failure. Thankfully we went with a much more professional and timely company that was able to give a quote and complete the roof in the time this company took to respond to me. Will not be recommending this company to anyone.

More than a week since they came to give an estimate for adding a skylight and fixing my gutters but I haven’t received anything!
Contacted the guy that came and did the measurement a couple of days ago and he said I should receive the estimate soon, but still got nothing!!!

Update to answer the response from the owner: When I called the guy, he didn't tell me that you are waiting for another company to give you the quote! He just told me he probably forgot to send it.
Also, I didn't have any special order! it was a simple 2x4 skylight! I hired another person, and he did the installation in a single day (he did the measurement and installation in one day)

I was very pleased with the work they did on the new roof and solar tubes. They did a very nice job of clean up when they got done. As a company they made sure I was satisfied with the work that was done. You guys are the best.

I called Atrax when I started noticing my roof (exterior) was leaking. Luis responded quickly and scheduled a free appointment to investigate the next day. Super professional and great communication, he clearly explained the problem and his proposal to fix it. That same night, I had a quote in my inbox which seemed pretty fair to me. I accepted that night, and the work was scheduled the next day. Marco came and took care of it, again very professional and great customer service. Luis followed up to make sure everything went great that day as well. Super pleased with them and will definitely use them for my future roofing/gutter needs.

Danyllo is a very professional and honest contractor! I got a flat skylight dripping around the corner after heavy rain. Several roof contractors came but no one can pin point the real problem. One even suggested to replace all my skylights without actually going on the rooftop... Then Danyllo came to inspect, find the problem, small and seems unrelated so the previous contractors didn't even notice. It turns out that's the real problem which cause the dripping. The day after, Danyllo and his team came again for the repair job.He took photos during and after the job, explained to me everything in details, answered all my questions. Finally, a professional and honest contractor! I'm so glad I called Atrax and definitely recommend Danyllo to everyone I know who needs better roof service!

Professional and honest service! From the beginning with the estimate, Luis gave very detailed and fair suggestions on how to move forward. We had a very good experience working with Atrax for our re-roofing and gutter replacements. We shopped around and got a few quotes. Even though Atrax wasn't cheapest of the quotes we got, we went with them because their upfront communication and customer service were by far the best of the different companies we talked to. Luis was an excellent communicator and had very detailed explanations of what they would be doing and answered all the questions I had. Out of the different places we got quotes from, Luis at Atrax was the only one that actually took me up onto the roof to show me what they would be doing and where the trouble spots on my roof were. I judged the potential workmanship and quality based on other reviews of past customers here on Google, and felt confident that they would do good job with our project. After the job was done, I was indeed very satisfied with the new roof and gutters. Their cleanup process was thorough too: I have not yet found any stray nail in our driveway or lawn. We hired Atrax to replace our roof with metal roof. They were very professional and friendly!

It takes a lot for me to leave a review. Atrax came as a referral to us. After discussing the problem with Luis, who is incredibly knowledgeable, we went with Atrax for a full roof replacement. They got us scheduled quickly, work was done in 3 days, and the end product looks amazing. Atrax has made it to my very short list of companies I would refer on to others. They were professional, listened to our needs, and didn't over-sell or pressure us on things that we didn't need. Atrax fully demonstrated the meaning of integrity through the entire process, which is incredibly hard to find these days. Very professional work on replacing my shingles on the original roof. The quality of the new roof is much better than the original roof installed by the builder which didn't have ice and water barrier or drip edge and valley flashing. These components were installed by Atrax and they provide a 15 year warranty for any issues which I am sure will hold up for much longer than that given the metal flashing in all the areas where you'd expect high water flow.

I'm recommending Atrax first and foremost because of the quality they provide-- every detail was carefully attended to. My new roof is uniform, unlike some I have seen that look good from afar, however when looked at up-close there are several obvious inconsistencies which can be detrimental to your home. Not with Atrax! They are very genuine, eager to help, and easy to work with. I appreciated their transparency, I feel confident knowing that I received help from people that are honest and truly care about the service they provide as well as the customers they provide it to.

Atrax just finished a tear off and reroof of our large backyard shed. Luis was professional, helpful and friendly from bid through completion. Their cleanup was stellar and they even used a magnet in the lawn to make sure that they left no nails behind.
