I know there are some bad reviews about the lady at the check in, but I guess everyone has their bad days. She was nice with me, yes she dont say much but deep down her heart, I feel like she is a good person. I got to the check in first and this guy who came in the office right behind me started asking me "what time did you get here" and all that and she backed me up by telling him "hey why you asking him so many questions?" He apologized and went on his way. I thanked her for saying that to him and putting him in his spot. She said "you're welcome and smiled. She has a nice smile

First time here … pick up in 1 hr… clean restrooms… don’t drive in park on street to check in

The angry "woman" working the desk is one of the most disrespectful individuals I've had to deal with in the Reno,Sparks & Carson areas. If the job is that difficult for you, move on to something else that may be easier for you. Imagine if a boycott was to happen and no one wanted to bring a truck in there with your attitude and disrespect to drivers. I dealt with you for less than five minutes and felt I needed to drop a negative review because of the way you decided to interact with me.

Last week I arrived at 545am and was expecting the place to open at 6 am as I was told. They opened the gate finally at 8 am. Today I waited until 840 am to arrive and, I waited until after 9 am for someone to show up at the shipping/recieving office and I was told by a employee to go to the office and after I did the recieving clerk was VERY rude and told me that I wasn't supposed to be in the building,along with other comments. I can only imagine how he talks to the employees and coworkers. He definitely needs to work on his people skills.
