NAPA Auto Parts - Gorge Auto Parts

I was in need of some professional knowledge, an advice and I came to this store after being at the useless "Mark's Auto Repair Service". The lady came out tested my car and answered my questions and made recommendations on the limited options I had in this town. Great!

They always have the parts. The ppl are very educated and helpful. You can go in there asking about a part that you need to put a 350 in a Ford, and they will be like, here it is, and don't forget about needing this to make it work. You know what it would be exactly what you need.

I appreciate the mindfulness of the staff at this store. They are frequently busy with customers and calls, but they have always treated me courteously and have been helpful in answering questions. It is nestled in a small town so don't expect them to have every part for every vehicle on hand. That being said, I have been able to find the parts I've needed for my 2005 and 2008 vehicles there with no difficulty and they are always willing to bring in whatever I need.

They were great. They ordered a couple of small parts from the city next to me. And we were quite happy.

I always get awesome service at this Napa. The staff are friendly and helpful. I usually know exactly what I'm going in for, but the staff are always knowledgeable when I don't. This is not true for the other Auto Parts stores in the Gorge.

A friend of mine is a regular customer of this particular Napa. He says the guys are always knowledgeable and very helpful. He helped me with my car repairs and chooses this Napa over the H. R. Napa, for that reason, soley. If it ain't broke, don't fix it, seems to be his theory.

The Wilson family really goes above and beyond in everything they do I feel like I'm part of the family when I walk through the doors. Great people and the best at what they do.
