I was finishing up a critical repair to my vehicle today, Sunday, November 10. Using a Google search, it stated that they were open until 5 PM. The company website says they are open until 5 PM on Sundays as well. I called the store and asked whether they had the part in stock that I needed. They said they had four on the shelf. They did not, however, inform me that they were closing in 15 minutes. Assuming they were open until 5 PM I drove from 25 minutes away, arriving there at 4:08 PM. Imagine my surprise to see the store closed. A sign on the door said they close at 4 PM. I saw the two employees who work there outside the side door chatting and having a smoke. I drove up, lowered the window, and asked them if there was any way they could open the store back up for me. They both flatly refused. This is really bad customer service. And the company website says they’re open till 5 PM, yet they have a paper sign on the door that says they close at 4 PM. Truly bad customer service.
Had one of our log truck drivers stranded in White Salmon (140 miles from our shop) with dead batteries this morning and they were extremely helpful in getting the batteries out to him. Not a typical situation, but they definitely stepped up to help out!
My dad has been going to and has had an account at this NAPA since he was 16 years old, he's 80 years old now! They must be doing something right!
