Assured Roofing completed our insurance claim following the hail storm of May 2023. Replaced our roof, all of the gutters/downspouts and a few windows. Max was our rep and was very knowledgeable and professional, always responding quickly to our questions and phone calls. Max provided us color options for our replacement shingles and we are very happy with how everything turned out. Colton runs this family business and provided truly exceptional customer service. I will be working again with Colton on more window and door replacements in the future.

We used Assured Roofing 10 years ago when our roof had hail damage. They did such a great job we decided to use them when we had to replace our roof again in 2024. Colon made sure everything went smoothly with the repairs and Cindy in the office, made sure everything went smooth with our insurance company. I would definately recommend them if you need to have your roof repaired. If we have hail damage in the furure, we will definitely be using Assured Roofing again.

After alot of research, I called Assured & Cindy set-up Colton to come out the next day. He immediately got to work, emailing my Ins. Co. dimensions, cost of supplies, etc.
Here is my timeline: hail storm 5/30, claim made 5/31, Ins. rep. assessed damage on 6/11. With this in place, I returned my attention to my daughter's wedding at the end of June.
When I ret'd the 1st week of July, I could see half my block had roofing co.s signs in their yards.
Roof replacement start & end date was 7/31, gutters replaced 8/6 (I had a wasp problem). Inspection by city done & passed on 8/14. Meanwhile, 3/4 of the block had chosen a roofing company & only one house finished before mine!

The entire team at Assured Roofing was professional, knowledgeable, and timely. Colton managed our roofing and gutter project. He went above and beyond to work through the insurance process and ensure we received all the appropriate materials. We will definitely be return customers.

We had some damage to the concrete tiles on our roof. We got bids from a number of roofers. Dan, Assured Roofing is by far is the most is knowledgeable & honest. Scheduled an appointment quickly& he told us what we needed to do to fix the roof- without adding a bunch of extras like the other guys. Showed up on time, beautiful roof. Shortly after the 5/10/23 hailstorm, Assured was contacted & dropped by with 2 folks going up to look at our roof. They said the roof was fine and they moved onto other assignments. A 2nd roofer in the neighborhood offered to take at look at the roof. When he & our insurer (Allstate) was done, there was $22,235 damage to the roof alone, not counting window flashing, gutter & gutter screen damage, along with 2 sides of the house needing hail damage putty & paint. The 2nd roofer took the time to negotiate "apples to apples" with Allstate as they weren't going to replace the roof with same level of materials as was damaged. Furthermore, the roofer advised us that there were 4 layers of felt on the roof atop the OSB, when the roof building code says 1. Assured did our roof twice due to Certainteed shingles delaminating, so 2 of those layers of felt was their work in our current history.

I fully recommend Assured Roofing, just standout.
Dan was very knowledgeable, had my best interest in mind, and his company was a relief to work with. I highly recommend them. The job they did was exceptional, at a really great price, in a single day, after a bit of prep work. My roof is a bit complex, with areas of harder to find siding connected to it that had deteriorated and needed replacing. Dan fixed that, no problem. When I told him I wanted to match the existing roof shingles as closely as possible, but with the best materials for here in the mountains, Dan knew the best direction to go. And he knew right away my exact shingle, make and model as a starting point, and even the color name. He said what he would do and when, and at what price - and that's what happened, in the best possible way.

Dan has replaced roofs at 2 different houses for me. Everything was done professionally and the jobs look great. I even had to make a change to the kitchen shortly after he installed the roof. I needed a vent removed and patched due to a remodel which changed the location of my microwave. Dan came back out and took care of that at no charge (thank you). If and when I need a new roof, I will use Assured Roofing again. I would recommend them to anyone.

I am completely satisfied with the job Assured Roofing did for me. They offered everything I was looking for in a roofing contractor. The customer service was spot on, as was the quality of materials used. Dan got me on his schedule quickly and finished my roof before bad weather set in. They totally documented all work done and interfaced with my insurance company to cover all the code upgrade items that needed to be done.

Great experience from start to finish. Excellent customer service. Quick response to initial call for a roof inspection and any subsequent calls we made with questions were answered quickly as well. Dan and his guys were a pleasure to work with. Dan walked us through all the different roofing options and price to help us pick what was best for us. Dan was responsive and helped answer any questions we might have & there was no surprises! The team worked fast and efficiently, when they were done there was no sign of a roof replacement- no debris, nails, and misc construction items on our property. The next day the guys came out and installed the gutters. We are so happy we choose to go with Assured Roofing and will use them on any future projects we might have!

I highly recommend Assured Roofing! Cindy, Dan, the roofing crew and all of the subcontractors were great to deal with. Dan was awesome and he took care of everything, and there was very little we had to do on our end. We had to have our roof, gutters and garage doors replaced along with paint damage from the hail storm. Dan even took care of dealing with the insurance company on supplemental items. During this crazy time, Dan always showed up with a mask and we kept our social distance. Each time I called, it was either answered right away, message returned shortly thereafter, or texting was extremely timely. We were given a great choice of roofing materials, and all the work looks fabulous! The workers were very efficient, in and out and never caused any inconvenience. Thank you to all for everything!

I had a tough go of it because of my insurance company fighting me on everything, but Assured Roofing stuck with me and helped out immensely. They fought with the insurance company with me and went the extra mile to make sure that everything was taken care of.

I've owned two houses now with roofs they have installed and both have been high quality. I can definitely recommend them to anyone in need of a new roof. Avoid the fly by night operations that swoop in after a hail storm and use this local family owned business instead. You'll be glad you did!
