They also insulated and dry walled my garage, then organized the garage including hanging all tools bikes etc. They repaired my garage door, my banister and crafted a custom trim for my microwave and more. All work was above and beyond expectations. I am indeed using them again.

Aspen is a fantastic company! They replaced our roof on our house and provided professional service. I had a couple concerns after the roof was installed that did not end up being an issue with the roof. They still got in contact with me right away and sent someone right over. Amazing communication. We plan to use them for future window and roofing needs! Our roof also looks great!

We had aged, warped, gross vinyl siding. Doug helped craft a design and plan to replace the siding, repair any underlying issues (foam insulation, osb, etc) and helped with a few 1980s windows also. Doug did an incredible job transforming our house! Our house used to be the ugliest on the block now it’s the most beautiful! What I noticed first about Doug was he wanted to know exactly what we wanted and looked around the house showing me what would have to be done and feasibility. He proposed many different solutions and wide range of products but listened to what we wanted. We talked to many salesmen before Doug and they always tried to push me to buy some inferior product or be “cool” to win us over. We were under contract for another siding company with an inferior product but they cancelled the project once they found out our house is combination of brick, cement and stick exterior walls. Our project was tough! Doug gave care and attention to our 1892 built house that a large company wouldn’t do. We ended up going with the Diamondkote wood siding which is the highest quality and added some insulation and vapor barrier behind it for a great price. There were some challenges with adding the insulation to brick but Doug made it happen. Doug was also very patient while we were getting the finances in line which took a couple months on our side - we went with a HUD loan and a 0% apr credit card. Our hvac bills are now much lower because of the solid seal and good insulation. His team was polite and detail oriented and worked around difficult weather conditions. Doug also redid two of our windows. Doug buys the material directly from the manufacturer so he’s able to get lower prices and offer competitive bids. Would highly recommend!

We absolutely loved working with Aspen Siding & Windows. They helped us with a large renovation project, and truly brought our vision to life! Everyone we worked with was friendly and professional. All of the craftsmanship was perfect. They even noticed imperfections in our windows and had them re-ordered before we ever even had a chance to inspect them! 5-stars. Crew was fantastic- polite and hard working. Every day 9-5 to get the job done. They finished on time and even had to trouble shoot a few of the windows.

Update 1yr later: Aspen came back to fix some failed caulking, it took some time to get it scheduled but they stood by their work to fix. 1year later the windows and install quality still look new!

I hired Aspen to replace my roof through Home Advisor. Doug not only gave me the lowest bid, but added high impact shingles for a small additional cost. The work was completed in one day while we were out of town and looked great upon our return.
I also have had a gutter leak for many years that Doug tested and arranged to be replaced. This has been done as well.
I’m extremely pleased with this entire project and found that Doug is a man who promptly does what he says he’ll do. A rare experience these days. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

We cannot say enough good things about this company. Doug was on site and/or in communication daily to check in and make sure everything was going well. His communication was instantaneous with both us and our insurance company. His and his crew's attention to detail was beyond compare. The quality of work was such that other constructions companies that have stopped by to sell their services have commented on what a great job was done. Oh and their price could not be beat! Plus, even after being paid, Doug has kept in touch to help with a few post project questions that we had. Aspen siding and roofing is truly the best. So good that we have a bathroom project on the books and they will be getting first dibs on that job as well.

In regards to marketing and business practices: I have a larger No Soliciting sign up, visible, next to my sidewalk. Whoever was soliciting the flyer for this company left it on the handle of my security door. Please train your people to NOT leave flyers at houses with No Soliciting signs. We have the signs up for a reason. Not only is it beyond irritating, in poor taste to still encroach, it is a total waste of time, energy, resources and materials. Things like this lead to more waste in the landfill since it gets tossed right out-money you as a company spend in an attempt to sell your services to people who are truly not interested, tossed right out.

The process went smoothly and the workers were very good at keeping us informed as the project progressed. Fair prices, and Doug kept the process rolling.

I can’t say enough about the quality and pride of workmanship we’ve received from Doug and his guys at Aspen. The best way to describe my experiences with them...they treated my house as if it were their own! Attention to detail, thoroughness, great relations with the building department Inspectors.
It’s rare for me, but I’m happy to say; “my expectations were exceeded” on our projects (yes, used them more than once & will again for sure).

I was recently contacted over the phone from a roofing company that wanted to come out and do a free inspection on my roof. Since we had recently had a hailstorm I decided to let them come do the inspection on my roof to see what they found. The gentleman that came over did a good job but I had an uneasy feeling and wanted to take some more time to look into the company and their reviews. At this point he seemed a little bit pushy and pressured me to sign a contract. I decided to wait and get another opinion. I called a friend of mine who had his roof replaced recently. He recommended Aspen Siding & Windows to me and Doug Farrington as the contact person. I called the office and scheduled a time to have Doug come over and do their inspection and go through their process for handling the claim. I ended up going with Aspen Siding & Windows and they handled the whole insurance process for me. The presentation on the Color options and material upgrades was very helpful for us. The first company didn't even mention options. They did the roof with no money down until the job the job was completed. They had my roof completed in one day along with cleaning up behind themselves and cleaning out my gutters for free.
I would recommend this company to any of my friends and family in a heart beat. Really happy with the results and haven't had any issues since.

First Aspen SW installed some new windows. Then they remodeled 2 bathrooms in my home and did a great job! When we sold our home, we had them do a complete renovation of our kitchen and tile our fireplace. We were very pleased with the quality of work and enjoyed working with the owner Doug Farrington.

Doug Farrington just completed replacement of the hail damaged roof on our home and garage in Aurora, CO. I found Aspen on the Home Advisor website. From estimate to clean up, he quickly completed the job, working well with our insurance and mortgage lender. I especially appreciate his going above and beyond in resolving some issues I had with another contractor. I would not hesitate to use Aspen again.
