Aspen Contracting, Inc. - Charles Town, WV

I have been working with this company since August for roofing, siding, and gutters and down spouting. It is now almost November. No one is returning my calls since the roof was completed. They put the wrong siding on my house and still have not completed the gutters and down spouting. The roofers ruined my front shrubs and broke my small, but growing, evergreen tree in half. To date, I have not been reimbursed for that damage. My Project Manager is not returning calls, just made me empty promises that the remaining work would be completed in about a week or two. This was the beginning of October. This week will be November. If you are a single lady, Go with another company.

We had storm damage repaired from Aspen Contracting. We were completely satisfied with all work, including a new roof, partial siding and gutters with downspouts. Kyle Hedglin was our Aspen rep and he was professional, courteous and very helpful throughout and he kept us up to date on the status of all of our repairs. He was very effective in dealing with our insurance company. I highly recommend Aspen for any contracting needs.

My name is Denise Ceravalo, and I live in the Charles Town area. Barry Giardono came to do a roof inspection due to the recent storms and found a loose shingle on a 12/12 pitch 2 stories in the air. We had no storm damage, but Barry took the time to make the repair FREE! This is quality customer care. We will definitely keep ASPEN Contracting in mind for all future roofing, siding, and gutter repairs.

We have been working with Ben Spaugh from Aspen Contracting after a recent hail storm. Couldn’t be more pleased with the service and knowledge he provided. Insurance has approved and paid on everything he advised was damaged. He and Will were very knowledgeable and responsive during this process. Couldn’t be happier.

First I want to leave a five star review for the customer service Aspen contracting provides. Blake has come to our home to inspect for storm damage, and again to give me an estimate for repairs. He was very thorough and patient answering all my questions. I have all the faith in the world that this company is the right choice for our home. I will leave another review regarding the work done.

My ex wife had chosen Aspen to do a jointly owned home in Charles Town WV. I'm a home builder by trade. After realizing the poor quality of materials they wanted to use for her roof, IKO shingles to be exact and how pushy they were with her I advised her otherwise. Considering I'm still part owner of the home another company was chosen offering better materials and willing to work within the amount given by our insurance company. Not to mention this company is local or at least within a hours drive not from West of the Mississippi River. Do your homework folks is all I can advise. Materials and workmanship are everything. You are sacrificing way to much to go with a company full of pushy used car salesman who will be nowhere to be found six to twelve months from now. Find a expert in insurance claims and even hire a public adjuster if need be but I would never ever advise using a company such as this.
