I've worked with Gus on a tile roof leak as well as a complete shingle roof replacement. Gus was always on time, easy to communicate with and did quality work quickly. Gus was awesome to work with. He fixed was able to identify the issue for the roof leak and fixed it quickly. After working with Gus on the roof leak, I was confident in his ability to do a complete shingle roof replacement. It started with the quote which was accurate, we walked the property to understand what we would replace (fascia boards, vents, etc) and he quoted out each piece. I wanted to add a ridge vent and replace the old turbine vents to OHagin vents which Gus did. He also replaced an old rolled roof on our carport. I was going through a remodel as well and Gus was flexible on his start time, but also communicative throughout the entire process. He was also flexible on working with the shingles that I wanted (Malarkey), which he had to bring in from Prescott. Once the work started, his crew was fast and detailed, they finished the work on time and thoroughly. He then walked the property with a magnet afterwards to pick up any nails/screws that may have been dropped. I love the attention to detail.
If you're looking for a roofer, Gus is your guy for whatever your needs are. Leaks, repairs, replacements, I'm going to Gus every time!
