The Ascend roofing folks did an outstanding job replacing our roof. The coordination firm the start was great with good responsiveness and they got us on the calendar within a couple weeks of the request. Ascend roofing was amazing to work with. I got estimates from 9 roofing companies every one was nice but Mr Jake from Ascend was the best. He came out spoke with myself and husband then got on the roof to check damage. We had just got a roof 2 yrs prior from a different company and we have been dealing with a leak Mr Jake got up there trying to fix that leak that had nothing to with the storm damage he was there to fix not even knowing if we were going to use his company. He wanted to make sure we were ok no matter what. He also made sure there was a boss on site the entire time we had workers here. Jake said they would be here at 6:30 am and would have the job finished before the end of the day. He was true to his word. When the workers finished everyone walked my roof and yard to make sure exerting as done right and cleaned up. I will definitely recommend this company and Mr Jake yo anyone that is looking for roof work.

Ascend Roofing did a wonderful job installing a new roof on my mother’s house after hurricane Helene! Not only did they do it in one day Jordan went above and beyond to help! He was there every step of the way! He is even personally gonna repair her fence for her. Robert came to my home and did a roof inspection. He explained to me what the condition of the roof was and marked several places as examples of what was said. He gave me an estimate and handled the communication with the insurance company. The contract and loan was approved, once again, handled mostly by Robert. The work was done professionally and pretty quickly considering what needed to be done. I would recommend the company to anyone who needs this type of work.

I can't recommend Ascend Roofing enough - there was a slow leak in our bathroom. I contacted Robert and he met my husband the next day. The issue was small and Robert had it fixed within a few short minutes and no leaking since. Great guy and great business!

Kyle Installed the roof on my home a couple of months ago the roof was 26 years old and in one day it was brand new again. He is one of the most reputable people.
