These guys are the real deal! Matthew and Jeremy were on point with my roof repair. Very professional and friendly. I highly recommend this company

We wondered how this company had so many great reviews and we found out! We hired them to install a new roof. It would not be a thorough review if I didn't mention a couple down sides, but obviously they were nothing that took a star away from the superior service and quality job we received.
1. Our project was in the real heat of summer and the crew showed up just after 6am to begin, although we had been told they would come between 7am and 8am.
2. They literally stayed working for almost 14 hours on day one. Not complaining necessarily, we just weren't expecting that.
3. They were careless with our satellite dish and threw it off the house, breaking it. It was a real inconvenience to get replaced but Arthur's Roofing paid. Just let them know in ADVANCE if you actually use that thing!
On the positive side, the quote was slightly LOWER than our other quotes and the final price was the same as the quote minus satellite dish repair!!!!! We felt the entire time that company management was more concerned with our happiness than collecting our money. We aren't used to that kind of integrity.
In the end, we are completely satisfied with the installation and materials. The crew was respectful and extremely hard working in the very worst of the summer heat. We would recommend Arthur's Roofing again and again. We have had a LOT of rain since install and we have had no worries. THANK YOU!

We bought a new home that we knew would need a roof. Had quotes and interactions from a number of contractors in the area.

I cant say enough good about Jeremy, Matt, and their team. They were a pleasure to work with and most importantly they did exactly what we agreed to and in the one case they could have said "well that wasnt spelled out" they upheld our agreement.

These are gentlemen of merit and integrity and deserving of your business.

Jeremy came to our house when he said he would and looked at our roof leak issue. He was very professional and honest and helpful. We would definitely call him again for any roofing needs and recommend him to others.

I panicked when seeing the weather coming. I had multiple roof leaks at my rental house. I called Arthurs Roofing and Jeremy went there the same day and put up tarps. He was able to assess the damage and give me a quote as well. I will most definitely get the new roof from this company! Very courteous and knowledgeable.

Arthur's Roofing was excellent. We were able to quickly schedule an assessment to determine what was causing a roof leak. Mr. Arthur was able to identify the issue and get it fixed the same day. It has rained several times since our repair and we have had no further leaking.

Honestly I could not wait to write a glowing review for this company! As a single lady, having people in my home for repairs is a little scary, I’m sure the ladies understand, you don’t know these people and there is a fear that you’ll be taking advantage of, but listen this is the most honest and personable contractor I have ever encountered.

Matt and his son came out and they were a delight! So honest and helpful, but most importantly did an amazing job at an extremely fair price. A rare example of excellent customer service, 5 stars is not enough! I met Mr Arthur himself out in Florida at this cabana club. My best friend Rob treated me to some Ceviche for the first time after a magnificent game of tennis. I asked him about a job I needed doing and he made it happen on time and under budget! Actions speak louder than words but at the same time an affordable quote speaks louder than anything. In this humble man's opinion that's very cool.
I also heard Arthur's roofing was rated the best new roofing company of all time!

I scheduled an appointment for a roof repair. Was told by company that someone would be there in an hour. Three hours later no one showed, no one called to update or apologize. I called company and cancelled the repair service. This person didn't apologize or seem concerned at all. This is poor customer service and very unprofessional. I find it hard to believe all those five star reviews are legit. Not my experience.

I’m writing this review on behalf of my parents. I was out of town and my parent's roof sprung a leak! They did some research and called Mr. Arthur for assistance. He came through for them in a big way! He was kind and respectful to my senior citizens. They called me full of appreciation for him. I want to say thank you for treating my little people so well. We won’t use any other company for roofing. As a small business owner I am always pleased to leave positive reviews. Especially those that have an element of good customer service. Please support his business! He is amazing.

We had a completely positive experience with Jeremy at Arthur's Roofing. He and his crew replaced our roof including repairs and new gutter guards in one day for a reasonable price. He was open and friendly without giving us a pushy sales pitch.

Arthur’s Roofing did a great job on our new roof. Their work was right on schedule.with what we discussed. Matthew is good at staying in touch through the entire process. They even sent us drone pictures of the new roof when it was completed. We highly recommend them.

Great company fixed my ceiling and my roof really quick and fast with a great price and it was not raining out and now that it is raining it’s not leaking so it is so good thank you and the guarantee was good and I don’t think I will need it as the quality was good and the install was fast and it does not leak so thank you again for fixing my cabana roof

They did an outstanding job with my roof. My only complaint is that the workers were blasting snarf snarf O'Banion during the repair which made it hard to enjoy my ceviche.

The manager is a real gentleman met him for a consultation he was very easy to work with he even came to see me after my lunchtime tennis match with Robby I treated him to a ceviche at the cabana the work they did was incredible would recommend.

These guys did a stellar job on the roof of my cabana. I usually like to hang out under my cabana after playing tennis with Rob and I was not able to due to the roof needing repair. Once Arthur and his boys fixed the roof of my cabana I was able to eat ceviche and mellow out and relax after a long day of tennis matches. Thank you Arthur!

I didn’t actually use the service offered by Arthur’s Roofing.. but they were working on my neighbors house when the local bully ‘Snarf Snarf’ started antagonizing my children who were in the driveway playing basketball. I attempted to engage with Snarf Snarf to get him to leave but he has a large pitbull that has been known to thrash some kids in the neighborhood so it wasn’t a fair fight. I was very close to taking a hard L against Snarf Snarf O’Banion before Arthur and his team stepped in and had Snarf Snarf crying for his mommy! Thanks again Arthur!

We had a leak due to the long winter and low and behold these people helped us get out of the water. Our roof is looking clean and I’m no longer worried about winters for a very long time. Would appreciate a coupon here and there, maybe birthday promotion

Arthur’s team is professional, experienced, and polite. We’re sitting out back sharing some ceviche and admiring the new roof as I type.

It’s been a couple of months since I gotten a new roof from Arthur himself. I’m a contractor myself without time to do the actual work and let me tell you, Arthur did an amazing job. The whole staff was amazing and professional. Any issues or questions I had, they answered or corrected. I will come to his service again once the time comes.
