Ryan Olsen showed up at the scheduled time. Quote came back same day, and was very detailed. Crew showed up on time. Tore off old shingles, and had new ones on, the same day. Bill was exactly what was quoted. Vert happy

Ryan Olsen was great to work with regarding our project. He is very personable, and it’s obvious he cares about his customers. And, his staff did a great job as well. Their bid was lower than others that we received, too. I’d definitely recommend Arrow for your roofing project.

Had my roof replaced by Arrow. I thought it was an overall positive experience.

I’ll admit I didn’t get quotes from other places as I thought the price was reasonable off the bat (tariffs and rising cost of labor I was expecting much higher) so I can’t speak to relative price.

The biggest pro for them is that they were very quick.

I found a leak in my roof during a heavy rain storm and within a couple weeks I had a new roof, and they had said they could have/would have gone faster if I had felt it was more urgent.

Time will tell on the quality of work they did on the roof but to start with everything looks good and we had some rain again since the roof was changed out and I’ve found no leaks. I believe I have a 5 year warranty and they’ve definitely expressed that I should reach out if I see anything that needs to be taken care of.

They subcontract out the actual roofing work and the crew they hired worked all in one day which was good. The crew worked very clean and I’ve only found a few scraps and nails afterward which is totally reasonable. Realistically the only negative I have is they scuffed some house paint around where they nailed and to get on one of the parts of my roof they trampled some flowers but considering the paint is old and there was no reasonable way to not hurt a few flowers I can’t complain.

Originally called about a possible roof leak, but Ryan checked it out and found it wasn’t a leak—it was a ventilation issue. After talking it over with him, I decided to go ahead and replace the shingles since they were getting old. They also replaced the gutters and downspouts, and the ventilation issue was taken care of during the project. Everything turned out great, cleanup was thorough, and they were super easy to work with. Definitely recommend!

Arrow Roofing made our hail damage roof repairs quite painless. They did an initial inspection which led to a call to our insurance who sent out the adjuster. Arrow Roofing and the adjuster worked together on what repairs were necessary. After approval from insurance they were quick to replace the roof and we now have a new beautiful roof. Thank you Arrow Roofing!

Arrow has always provided outstanding service on our non roofing projects thus we were pleased to learn Arrow also has a roofing service. Ryan, from Arrow met us at our home to complete a thorough inspection of our roof. They were honest and fair and very competitively priced. The new roof was completed within a day and the work crew did a good job of cleanup and site protection. ( keep the gutters in good shape and protected landscaping). After the job was completed, Ryan came to inspect the work of his crew and ensured the roof was completed to our and his professional satisfaction. Of note, Ryan did interface with our home insurance agent in relation to our roof replacement. He met with the insurance agent and interfaced with the insurance company inspectors. Our insurance agent was complementary of their communication and assessment of Arrow Roofing’s ability to provide a quality roofing outcome. I’d definitely recommend Arrow Roofing to anyone looking for roofing work.
