Arnold Continuous Gutters

Installed new roof, gutters, down spouts, and gutter covers on my house. I had previously used them for gutter cleanings and was happy as well. All of the aforementioned work was done for less than one company quoted me on just the roof. The workmanship great, and it was done promptly. They also communicated with me well through the process. If you need any roofing/gutter work done, definitely talk to Arnold Continuous Gutters!

I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1 only because they were polite & the soffit & fascia they installed was done well. If you use them spell everything out in the contract. I had them quote me for doing all soffit & fascia then another estimate for doing the ceiling on my back porch, but it was on 1 contract. When I said wait on the back porch they said that estimate for all fascia & soffit didn't include the porch so they wouldn't do it unless I paid more. I also wanted the doormers done on the attic but when they finished they said my boyfriend had "mentioned" painting them so it wasn't included in the estimate. I own the house, was paying for it, yet they supposedly went by what he said. Why? My problem with business who aren't up front & thorough is as a consumer you don't know all questions to ask to keep from getting ripped off. And I do feel like I was.
After I talked to them about the contract specifying "entire house" they did come back and do the soffit & fascia on the attic with no arguing. I am giving another star because they did work with me to rectify & I think if a person gives a negative review & the business tries to make it right it should also be noted. Thanks.
