The customer service of this company was phenomenal. Bok and his team kept me informed the whole way through my partial roof replacement. They were very pleasant to deal with, and the price was significantly less than I was expecting to pay.

We had Arizona Roofing and Restoration replace the underlayment on our cement tile roof. Quite the labor-intensive job. Bök and his team were wonderful! Bök was very attentive through the whole process. His team of roofers always showed up on time and worked hard throughout the day (in the heat!), they finished the job well within the timeframe, and cleaned up the mess. Bök answered all of my silly questions promptly and without judgment. I can't recommend Arizona Roofing and Restoration enough! Thank you for a job well done.

I originally had a contractor quit communicating with me on a roof repair. Then Bok was referred by a friend of mine. He was prompt, communicative, and followed through on everything. Choosing a contractor of any kind can be a stressful and anxiety inducing for anyone. Will they do good work, will they show up on time, will they drag out the project? The list of questions is long. You don't need to worry about things like that with Arizona Roofing and Restoration. They came out and did a thorough inspection of the roof. We knew our roof was in pretty good condition, but we were expecting to hear how terrible it was and how it needed a full replacement. The kind of thing you might expect from a less than honest contractor. Refreshingly Bok informed us the roof was in decent condition and only needed minor repairs and a fresh coat of elastomeric. He gave us a fair price, and started the work within days. They did a careful and thorough job. He and his team kept the job site clean during the project, as well as at project completion. He was great at communicating with us about what phase the project was in and what time he and his team would arrive to complete the next step.

We, without hesitation would call Bok at Arizona Roofing and Restoration again. We would also happily recommend them to any one in need of roofing work.

Had an Insurance claim for wind damage. Bök was knowledgeable about the process, adjuster’s role and the Exactimate system to understand reimbursements to get me the best materials and treatments without having to come out of pocket on the re-roof. I now have 4,000 square feet of new roof with top synthetic underlayment, additional attic venting and a lot of my roof penetrations were cleaned up. Easy to work with and responsive.

Very communicative. I needed a few vents sealed on my roof and he also reattached a vent cover for me that had blown off during a monsoon. Came out for an estimate early in the week, work was done about two days later. Timely!

AZ roofing went up and beyond to get my insurance to pay for a new roof. 1st quote from another company never mentioned the storm and wind damage. BOK came and identified that my older roof was falling apart because of the monsoon winds and harsh storms. He worked closely with my insurance company to get it covered by insurance saving me $14,000! It takes a while to get through all the insurance hurdles but he’s super patient, kind and professional. Roof was done in 2 days in the July heat! This company is amazing. Call them for a roof inspection BEFORE you have problems. If you’re seeing pieces of shingles after storms on the ground Call him! This is Anna. Had a whirlybird vent fly off my roof last night during the storm. Started calling roofers first thing in the morning. Bok, Arizona Roofing, called me back quite quickly, and said he could come by in a few hours to look at the issue. This company was the only one that called me back. He arrived within a few hours, and since I had the replacement already at the house, he just went up the ladder and took care of it. So professional, so personable. And the surprise of the VERY reasonable cost, considering it was an emergency situation.

I called Arizona Roofing spoke directly to Bök. When he showed up for our appointment, he was on time provided me with a repair estimate and what a full replacement would look like. The other Roofer I spoke with wanted to do a replacement which I wasn't sure I was ready to do. Bök also pointed out that I had some storm damage which insurance may help out with. Bök worked directly with my insurance company and was able to get a full replacement. there's always some hiccups with construction, but the install for the most part went seamlessly and the new roof looks great
