I received 100 dollars off by leaving a Google review. If I could go back in time, I would choose a different company. They really lacked communication skills. Firstly, it took them 3 days after I payed to contact me to schedule my repair. Secondly, they were supposed to arrive at my house between 7 and 9. Eleven o'clock rolled around and I hadn't heard from anyone so I called the office. They said someone would be calling me soon. Another hour and a half passed and I called the office again to see if someone was coming. Finally the foreman called. On the phone I asked if he could please take 3 stages of pictures for me. 1. Decking 2. New underlayment installed and 3. Picture of tiles laid. He assured me that was no problem. I reminded him of this request in person when he came to my door and he responded that taking those pictures would slow them down. I wish.i had asked for my money back right then. Very unprofessional. Taking pictures for me is actually part of the job as requested by the customer. Mind you, I was only getting one slope replaced, not the whole roof. Well these picture were not sent in a timely manner at all. Also I had 2 areas of concern with the decking and requested they be replaced. The foreman refused. I ended up contacting the project manager who finally agreed to replace them since "they throw in 2 sheet of plywood for free." I had more concerns that I ended up emailing the ceo about too. His response was very kind. All in all, I will not be using this company in the future. It was too much stress with the lack of communication.

Pino was amazing to work with. He helped us out and communicates very well. I will be referring all my clients to him in the future. This is the best roofing company in all of AZ. He will be getting all my business in the future.

One problem was we wanted a new roof. My realtor set us up with Az. Roof Co. I talked to a Bradley Crohurst from company. We text and talked several times on exactly what he would do for us. He was so patient and waited for us to move here. So if you need a new roof and want it done right I totally would recommend Az. Roof Co.

I am very happy with this company and will keep them in my Contacts for any future roof work that I need. Ash came to do a roof inspection for me and he was very thorough. I have a tile roof and solar panels and he explained that while I don’t have any issues with my roof currently (yay!) eventually homes will need the underlayment replaced and explained how that process works with solar panels. While I don’t need any repairs or work done now, I will definitely use Arizona Roofers in the future if needed.

Brad Crohurst of Az Roof Co is amazing. I had a last minute roof repair approval from my insurance company with the closing on the sale of my house only 2 weeks away. He was able to get his team together, office staff and installation crew, and get the roof replacement completed in 2 days. Incredible. It looks beautiful. I can’t tell you how much I appreciate Brads attention and dedication to helping me get this done so my new buyers get a new roof before they move in. I can’t recommend him and the company high enough. He really showed amazing integrity and honesty helping me deal with this issue. He treated me like a member of the family. Just amazing.

This company was beyond professional, and punctual with repairs done to my roof. The price quoted was a fair price, and the job was done in a very timely fashion. Upon inspection, the inspector found one part that he did not like and immediately had workers out to repair the one spot which I do appreciate. Pino De Los Santos was not my original project manager, but he stepped in when needed, answered all of my questions, and even got up on the roof himself to fix a few things that the workers had missed. He definitely didn’t have to do that, but I’m so appreciative that he did! Price better than others. Gave quality level choices (and "lowest" was still quality). Performed the work at the projected day in the projected time. Cleaned up immaculately. Salesman Christian and project manager Pino both personable and genuinely interested in our satisfaction. My daughter used them, now I have, and we are using them again for another house.

I reached out to AZ Roof Co after being turned away by several other companies for a chimney repair. Jeff from their team came to my home, assessed the situation, and assured me they could handle the job — even quoting me for the work and telling me to “let people know AZ Roof Co took care of you when no one else would.” This gave me a lot of hope, especially after struggling to find anyone willing to help.

Unfortunately, after following up several times to schedule the repair, I was told by text, “Boss said no.” Not only was the job now off the table, but during the original visit, part of the chimney had been pulled apart without my consent — leaving it more exposed than before. When I raised this concern, I received an initial response from their COO, who apologized and said he would look into it. Despite my attempts to follow up and work toward a solution, they stopped responding entirely.

I don’t take leaving negative reviews lightly, but this was a disappointing experience. I was left with a partially dismantled chimney, no resolution, and empty assurances. I hope others have a better experience, but I can’t recommend this company based on how things were handled in my case.

It was time to replace my 29yr old roof. I called 3 different roofing contractors and selected AZ Roofing Co.
