Rob is the best. His crew reroofed my house and many of my neighbors. They are professional. Every day they walked the property with a magnet to pick up loose nails on the ground. Rob used premium materials

Never again! Rob was unprofessional when I reported poor workmanship, raised his voice. I let Rob know he cannot come to my property. Roger, owner, put his foot on the ridge cap which is a no no, cracks the shingles. Many pics show poor workmanship. Evap cooler roof jack lifted and turned 90 degrees so no longer level and will no longer accept an evap cooler. New trim nailed lower than drip edge when trim supposed to be above drip edge. Water heater exhaust pulled off water heater when removing old jack, thankfully I had CO2 detector which alarmed early AM and was able to return exhaust to proper place, very dangerous! Paint run off on every roof jack, poor workmanship. Nail a little deep, too much pressure on nail gun. New dormer vent bent up, sloppy workers. Complained to AROC and they are absolutely no help. They help the contractors who give them money. Get an attorney. You have 6 years for civil suit. I have 100 pics of mistakes and bad workmanship. Available to anyone. Recorded phone calls. They busted my roof with hammers when the tar paper still over the wood claiming they were checking for bad wood. What they were doing is breaking up my roof so they could charge me to replace it. I refused after complaining and then watching them bust up my roof. I should have stopped them and asked them to leave. Sergio was the crew lead. Rob estimate/general. Roger owner. 6 years. I still have time to have my roof properly repaired and shingled and then take Arizona Premier Roofing to court. NEW REPLY TO ROGER - To ROGER's reply, ROGER, the excessive pounding I recorded, I went up on the roof and asked Sergio what they were doing and Sergio said checking for bad wood(the tar paper was still covering the wood). Sergio said they need a check for $700 to pay for new wood(still couldn't see the wood or how much wood they need). This is called extortion. Seeing them bashing on the tar paper over the wood I said no to $700 since they were breaking up the wood. I called 3 other roofers and they all said they do not smash on the roof to check for bad wood, recorded. Since I would not pay $700 more, they did a bad job with the rest of the work. AROC said they try to get the homeowner and contractor back together, to let contractor fix everything. You also wanted to come back and fix everything. I don't want you here at all due to extorsion and poor work. To remove the shingles/underlayment and replace the busted wood, (which you never did pics show busted wood, pics taken then) remove drip edge, properly install trim, reinstall drip edge, reinstall underlayment/shingles, after such poor workmanship, knowing you screwed me, I would rather not see you again. PLUS, Dr said stay away from stress and anxiety as they restrict the healing process. Completed cancer chemo/chemo radiation treatment 2-1-22. Starting to feel stronger Roger. Like I should stand up for myself now. Ready to go to court. You already know I checked with other roofers and got quotes to fix your mess. Rob said this is an insurance claim and I can get more money from them. I guess to cover the extorsion? Nothing in the contract about additional costs like wood??? I am posting now to help others stay out of a mess that is completely unnecessary. Anyone that wants 100 pics, recorded calls, and recorded visits from APR/AROC, let me know. I record everything. Added 2 more pics that show cracked wood in the overhang that was cracked and not replaced. Obviously not replaced. Pics taken right after work completed, 12-2021. I wish I could upload audio, undeniably slamming hammers on the roof. AROC saying something to you about another complaint? I went to AROC and found no other complaint. Is this another lie Roger? I paid 1500 of second half, Chase records. You're a liar. I copied your comments to show Judge and to remove credibility making my case stronger.

I had my roof redone this week by Rob and his crew. They did excellent work. I called on a Friday, got estimate and picked out the color shingle on a Monday and my roof was completed on Friday.

Rob is the utmost professional. He walked me through the process and came to my work to make it easy to get the information that he needed to complete the job.

They also had the best price. That is not why I chose them. I chose them based on my interaction with Rob. He's a no nonsense kind of guy and I like that. Straight to the point... here's what you need and here's what we need to do to accomplish it, what do you want to do.... very honest and genuine.
