Arctic Brothers continues to shovel snow from the sidewalks of my apartment building during the night when residents are sleeping. Arctic Brothers continues to plow the parking lot and the driveway in the middle of the night when residents are trying to sleep. Arctic Brothers does not do a thorough job of cleaning the sidwalks, impeding the ability of disabled people to use their motorized scooters and wheel chairs. George has been informed of the sleep disturbance caused by his crew by shoveling and snowplowing our building during the middle of the night, and yet he continues to do it.

This morning I visited my mother and noticed that after the recent few inches of snow fall that you removed. You also brushed off her car and shoveled around the porch and to the car. That is Amazing!!!!!!!!!!! With her bad hip it is so difficult for her to get around. Thank you so much getting the step and porch area. And the car was just a sweet bonus.
