Action Roofing and Siding just installed a new roof on my house. I interviewed 4 contractors and decided on Action Roofing. Josie Trueblood of Action Roofing was prompt and thorough in providing me with information about the product they offered. She was pleasant in answering my questions and adjusting the proposed contract as needed. Their price was competitive, the crew arrived early and finished in less than a day. Josie was on site the day of the roofing. The roof is only a few days old, so I can only comment on my experience thus far, but I feel very well taken care of and the roof looks great!

After a neighbor's tree fell on our roof after a storm in August, our insurance advised us to find a contractor. By sheer luck, because Action 's office is very near us in South St Paul, we called them! Steve S. came out and quickly took over, dealing with both our confusion and our insurance! As soon as insurance gave the final okay, Steve's amazing crew had a new roof, soffit, fascia and gutters installed in less than a week! The house looks great and thanks to Steve, our nerves are settled!!!! Another company we now know we can trust!! Thank you so much!

We are so pleased with our sunroom siding and window replacement by Action Roofing & Siding! Josie Trueblood was a gem to work with; super knowledgeable, efficient, and patient as we worked through the details of the project. She answered our questions and finalized the contract during off hours (on a Sunday!). She communicated well before, during the construction, and after the project completion when we had a question about an electrical box placement. They completed the project ahead of schedule! It was a seamless project, no hidden fees, and up front communication. Highly recommended for any project big or small!!

Highly recommend! Could have not been more pleased with our experience! From the first meeting with Josie Trueblood, their Exterior Remodeling Consultant, helping us navigate thru the roofing process and her help with picking a complimentary color to our house. She gave us a very detailed estimate which included things we never thought about. We added on to our order midstream and the crew adjusted to get it done. Our front roof over was designed by the crew as it was being worked on. Found out that our previous house roof was not to code. Action Roofing & Siding went beyond code and fixed what was needed. They also removed our unused chimney down to the roofline and cut out a vent stack to help prevent leaks and improve the appearance as they were no longer used. They added sheathing to the entire house as it turns 100 years old in 2025. The roof over back deck was replaced with metal roofing.The crew leader Augustin was awesome as was everyone on his crew. Attached are before and after photos. They even provide you a video of your completed roof.

Josie Trueblood was our consultant when we had our roof and siding replaced from storm damage. Josie was great to work with. She returned our calls quickly and kept us updated throughout the process. She checked in to make sure everything was going smoothly. Action Roofing worked with insurance to make sure everything needed was taken care of. Both the siding and roofing crews were friendly and left everything cleaned up after they were finished. Overall we were very happy.

We originally engaged this company 9 years ago to replace our gutters, then contacted them last year for repair of hail damage from the August 11th storm. The repair of rotting wood on our house & garage was an additional contract. All their work has been top-notch.

We are very happy with Steve. He was friendly, kind and professional. Steve listened, answered our many questions and was very patient with us. He followed up with us after the job was done and made sure we were satisfied. We are very thankful for Steve and will reach out to him again next year when our deck needs replacing.

I had a small roof repair completed by Action Roofing and appreciated the entire approach from initial interaction with the sales person thru to scheduling and repair.
Specifically, would recognize Augustine the installer and his helper. They made the repairs and spotted several other areas that needed to be addressed. Without prompting Augustine, he indicated to me that he would take care of it. Needless to say, both installers received a handsome gratuity.

Action Roofing did a wonderful job from meeting my insurance company at my home and handling the entire claim leaving me to not have to hassle with insurance company. Katie kept me well informed from the ordering of materials, color matching and up front and honest about my financial responsibilities. Everything was well organized from dumpster arriving the day before and picked up the following day. The roofing job itself was done professionally and with a team that got the job done in just one day and cleaned up the entire yard. If I needed another roof, I would go right to Action Roofing and Siding.

I cannot say enough good things about Katie!! She worked very hard with our insurance agent. The workers did a great job and cleaned up the yard nicely. They even put back our patio table that we had moved to the yard to get it out of the way. Thanks Action!

Everything was done on schedule and exactly to the price quoted. The materials, the dumpster, the crew…everything and everybody showed up on time. The crew was extremely professional. They were fast and competent. Extremely courteous. I must admit I found a stray nail. But that is truly astonishing given the amount of “stuff” that was delivered and used on this job. The clean-up afterwards was super-thorough. Best contractors I have ever worked with in 40 years of home ownership.

Prompt response to all my requests in completing my new roof in a very timely manner. Roofing work was well done and the mess outside was promptly cleaned up while the roof was being installed. Good communications throughout the process. Very friendly and professional. Would highly recommend.

Action did a great job helping me inspecting damage. They were honest, upfront and no sales gimmicks. They also help me with the understanding the whole process from start to finish and knowing what to expect. The repairs where fixed and done to exactly with great quality and precision. First off the roofers were excellent, got the job done fast with great work done in a couple days plus it rained 1 day! But, I have never seen gutters so slowly installed. The gutter installers who are different from the roofers have been at our location going on 2 weeks and still haven't completed the job!

Everything was done in a professional manner and they kept me appraised of the process. Steve, my agent helped me pick out a new color for my roof that looks great! He went over everything i needed to know, I would definitely use Action Roofing again.
