I highly recommend ARCA construction. From the first time we called till the end of the project, everyone was very polite, professional, and accommodating to our needs. They gave us a very reasonable estimate and helped us find ways to save money. They also gave us many options to customize the deck and still be able to stick to our budget. The crew was very hard working and made sure that everything fit together perfectly. They also made sure that the yard was cleaned up when they finished. We love our deck! !

Deck is small and over priced. To extend my deck 8 feet it cost an extra 6 grand which I think is ridiculous. On a positive note took them one day to complete and day to inspect . I do like the 0% apr financing option.

Make sure you get 3 quotes . This is a 10 wide 14 long and total cost is $9k. My Hispanic friend said I should’ve called him because he has a guy/crew they can do it cheaper with same materials. ARCA has Hispanics too.

We had ARCA put a roof over our existing concrete patio. They were always very responsive and happy to listen to questions. They even recommended a modification to our initial request to give us some additional under-roof space while also saving on the cost. It was a fairly simple project, but Noah and the team took pride in their work and we felt the project was important to them. I wanted to make that point as generally speaking as we’ve found contractors to do various projects around our house many times we felt they were more annoyed to have the work rather than appreciative. Definitely always got the impression that Sabrina and Noah cared about their work, took pride in it and wanted to provide a product they’d want in their home. ARCA is our go to for projects around our house. I would be willing to waiting months to use them for any future projects. I’m not saying their wait list is months long, just mean having trust that a job is being done correctly with pride the first time is a tremendous piece of mind for me and I’m willing to wait for that piece of mind. Sabrina was great! She listened, offered suggestions, very polite, professional and knowledgeable and I didn't feel like I was talking to a salesman who was trying to sell me options I did not want. Crew was quick and polite as well and the finished deck was exactly what we discussed. Very happy and at the final inspection, the inspector also commented on the quality of the work.

Through every step in the process and overall, we are very pleased with Arca and our new deck. The communication and updates until the final walk through kept us current on each step. We thank Noah, Sabrina, and the whole team for making this a smooth process and the quality of the end result looks wonderful. We had on older 12X12 wood deck removed and replaced with a far better looking 12X16 Fiberon deck. Noah bright up the option to change the location of the stairs to avoid going straight downhill as they had been, which is a much better option. The Zip up water proofing system to keep under the deck dry looks even better than we imagined and has a very finished look when sitting on the patio under the deck. Price is obviously a huge consideration and with the current environment of high inflation, Arca was absolutely worth it and much better cost wise compared to others. The overall project was completed over the course of less than two weeks, including waiting for county inspections and a rain day, but also completed around the original start date so that turned out to be even better and having it ready for the 4th of July weekend. Five stars across the board and if you are looking for an easy process, prices that are worth every dollar, excellent work, and being very responsive in providing project status updates, Arca is for you.

Our old deck was rotten and almost falling off our house. Arca arrived on time and quickly removed the old deck and installed the new deck in less than a week. So fast!

Noah and Sabrina kept us up to date at every step which was greatly appreciated.

Noah and Levi were so friendly to us throughout the whole process. They were very efficient and worked so hard and were so nice to my kids. They are certainly an asset to the company.

For 2 years we had searched for a contractor to build a quaility deck with options. An exhaustive search brought us to ARCA and after meeting Noah for the first time, we were confident we were going with the best option. Materials were delivered on time. Workers showed up on time everyday. They showed up when it was 23 degrees outside and worked. They paid attention to every detail, measuring and cutting, fitting in railings properly, using levels, and carpenter squares.

This group came in and removed a falling apart mess of a deck and built a brand new one that is absolutely beautiful! The attention to detail is amazing! The contractor was nice and pleasant when arrived and quoted us two different sizes for a deck. They sent over two estimates in an email (no contract). Only a week later, we told them we were ready to sign and to send over a contract is when they told us about the lumber shortage. No big, it’s been in the news about lumber being hard to find but what bothers me is they would say they would reach out with new prices and NEVER did. I feel that when a company gives you its word to reach out, they should. Don’t waste your time with a company with terrible communication skills.

Opportunity for improvement: Written estimate was general in nature and not itemized. Additional options were presented during the project that should have been fully discussed at the initial site consult prior to finalizing the written estimate. We recommend requesting an itemized list of upgrade options with itemized pricing so you can make the most informed decisions about critical project details prior to finalizing the contract and commencing work.
