Contract quote was for a start date of 3/7/22. Now, it's 4/21/22 and the girls in the office are dodging calls and we can't get a response from Juan or Junior. Willing to change my rating if we can get a call back. 57 calls in the last month and we talked to someone 4 times.

Terrible experience. We called them to inquire about a residential fence project. At first they were responsive and helpful. Someone came to measure and said the boss would call us in a couple of days with a bid. After a week, we called and were told the boss would call us later that day. Call never came. We had the same call/response two more times, then (the FOURTH time we called) someone in the office said they had no notes about our project and no record that anyone had been to measure! She promised to check on it and call us back. Never happened. Our calls and messages went unanswered for two weeks after that. We finally got someone on the phone this week, and she promised to call by the end of the day yesterday with next steps for us. Unsurprisingly, we haven’t heard a word. Don’t waste your time here!
