I think they did a great job with the installation. Everything looks great and l think it will last a really long time. So far it appears that I'm generating more electricity than I'm using, so the net metering thing here in Nevada should work out good.

I almost gave them 4 stars because I found out about the importance of bird netting when it was already too late. About 5 seconds after the guys packed up and drove off a couple pigeons started scoping out my solar panels. However one of our neighbors has bird netting around his solar panels and the flying rats are still hanging around his place. I don't really like the way the bird netting looks and it may not be entirely effective anyway. So I put up an owl decoy and haven't seen a pigeon since. So back to 5 stars. Good job guys.

Wow!! Our solar system is working great. It began a bit rocky as the subcontractor had some staffing issues. Zack was amazing and was there at every issue. His never give-up attitude was impressive.

First I have a bad experience the tech didn’t show up at the date of the appointment but later until now Arcadia overpass my expectations they were on the top of everything keeping me posted on every step or change I’m very happy that we keep them as our solar panels dealer.Thank you very much

So I've had the system for about 2 months now and honestly solar is the way to go. I basically have no electricity bill its amazing. Had a great experience getting my solar with this company. Bob was knowledgeable about solar, financial options and pricing, educating me and parents of the pros of having solar, easy to communicate and quick response along side another key personnel was Zack, his team installed my solar its 6 kwh system average 40kw production per day offsetting my power bill, usage and dependability to the power grid in daytime. The whole process was fast and convenient in the beginning but slowdown a little bit because of the HOA and NV energy for the Bidirectional Meter, not there fault. The team took extra effort to make things get going by contacting HOA and follow up the whole process, overall it took 60 days or less for the planning, Financial agreements, HOA approval, Installation, and running the system. Highly recommend them and also industry standard / even better materials, warranty and competitive pricing.

Will see how it goes for the long term run of my solar production system.

They did a very professional and quality installation. Passed all inspections from the County and NV Energy with no problems. What I liked most was the line of communications between us during the installation process.

From my first meeting with Bob in sales and my project manager Zack, it was such a pleasant journey! It started with getting new shingles for my roof (which ARC set up for me) the solar panels, updates to the panel box, setting up the inspections and working with NV energy, the whole nine yards, ARC kept me up to date on the whole process from beginning to end!! Do I need to be home for this step? Yes or no? The communication was perfect for every step! Easiest project I have had done on my home. I highly recommend ARC for your solar project!!!!

Just had our install done yesterday! The team was friendly, and worked within the time frame they referenced when we’ve spoken before. All took about 8.5 hours but totally worth it for the end result. Have already recommended the company to other people in our area. Solar is awesome!

ARC is top notch! I was skeptical of solar but Tom walked me thru the business case on why the only that doesn’t make sense is NOT going solar. He also walked me thru different options like system size, battery, generator, EV charger, and why they would/wouldn’t fit for me. I was impressed with Tom’s excellent communication through the process so I never felt alone and guessing. The install crew and Engineer were also very nice, easy to work with and did a great job. So long electric bill!

I really enjoyed the no pressure, informative approach used by the ARC Energy team. They made the process quick and easy. The home effeciency and solar solution they provide works so well together. I can definitely feel the difference in the comfort of my home and can see the savings on my bill.

Elijah is the only person i recommended he meet with us twice and they didnt even mind all the question we kept on haveing alway responed to text and phone calls so the last time elijah was here he was at my house for over four hours my ac never turned off and i had my thermostat set to 70 and it was 78 degrees up stairs very hot i felt so bad for his guy that did all the testing in my attic he was pouring sweat yes that means very hot up their he told us everything his product would do that would help with all the heat comeing in my house and how lest work my ac would being doing less work and with everything he does i wouldnt need as large system well he was right my house is cooler and my ac run less man this company always looks out what would be best for you not for them i highly recommend them

I had a great experience on this. The quote included some estimates about energy savings as well as some great information about Energy prices and where they are going. I didn't feel pressured to move forward but walked away more informed before making the decision to install.

Great experience. Sales team didn't just push a product. They took time to break everying down in a way I could understand and only sold me what I needed. Haven't had mine solar installed yet but I'm get excited to move forward with this great company that really cares about doing what's best for their clients. (Side note: this was my 3rd estimate and it was better priced)
