We previously had wood siding that hadn’t been replaced in years. Chad worked with us to ensure we had a solid plan for siding replacement and that it was being done correctly. He fit us in quickly and our project took less than a week start to finish. His team was outstanding to work with and it turned out beautifully. We’ve gotten compliment after compliment from friends and neighbors about how great everything looks. Can’t say enough good things about the AR team!

Just had siding put on the house. And the bad solar panel box taken, off the wall. They did a great job. Fixed the wall first, put insulation and the new siding, fixed the flashing around the window. Looks like a million. I have to give a special thank to Omar Galindo project manager. Did a wonder job and very knowledgeable. Answered all my questions. First rate company. Chad walked me through the whole process and was there from the start to finish. Made sure that everything was correct and done right.

My barn suffered some major hail damage after the last storm and with the equipment/material I had stored inside, I needed to act quickly. Chad was out at my place within 24 hours and had a game plan in place even sooner. His crew came out and started later that week. The roof turned out great and I couldn't be happier! I agree with all the other 5star reviews as this was the most pleasant seamless efficient encounter I have had done in 50yrs as a homeowner. The roofing replacement was completed and cleaned up in 6hours. Chad and crew were professional, respectful, tidy with awesome follow thru and communication. First off I want to say Chad is truly great when working with his customers to ensure they are 100% happy with the work. AR Exteriors did a great job on the siding of our home. They were also very efficient and quick. The siding crew was very respectful of our property.
Chad was also very kind and understanding as you might know dealing with insurance and mortgage companies it is a hassle and takes for ever but he was very kind and respectful which some things were out of control. Thank you for your great work and your wonderful customer service. Thank you for being doing what you can to ensure your customers are happy.
It is also nice to know if you have questions you can always ask and he will get you the answers you need.

AR Exteriors recently completed a roofing project along with repairing and wrapping the soffits and fascia on my house. They did excellent work and I am extremely happy with the outcome and how it improved the look of the house. There was great communication throughout the entire project and no surprises at final payment. Chad and is team worked quickly and still produced a high quality result. You will not find a better exterior company than AR Exteriors. After meeting with Chad regarding my exterior damage we devised a plan, schedule and budget. Chad and Cade did the repairs. They also found new damage from the Memorial Day storms, alerted me, and repaired it at no extra cost. In my experience not many companies would do this. Additionally another AR crew became available and Chad had them do my roof repairs(scheduled for another day)that same day vs having to come back another day. My experience with Chad and Cade was exceptional. They are detailed, flexible, customer oriented and honest. While they were working I had to run a couple errands and had no problem leaving my house open while gone. Again I highly recommend AR Exteriors, I plan to use them again if I need any future repairs.

I was so impressed with what Chad had done above I recontacted him to upgrade the aluminum roof fascia around my home. To avoid having to paint and then repaint the old wood fascia it was time to upgrade to aluminum. Chad returned my call promptly and within a week he had his crew onsite and they completed the upgrade in less than a day. The house looks new.
Chad also noticed and recommended a couple minor repairs, adding splash guard to a gutter, repairing a couple other splash guards, and repairing a minor leak in an old gutter.(All at no extra charge). Based on his work(especially attention to detail) this time and above I will be contacting Chad in the future when my roof needs replacement and I plan to inform my friends and neighbors they can't go wrong with AR Exteriors.

AR Exteriors is a quality roofer and installer. Chad was the lead on our roof replacement. We had to leave for the weekend just two hours after the roofing crew arrived.
