I've had these folks install garage doors at our old house and new house. In both cases the install was top notch and the quality of the CHI doors was much better than I could get elsewhere for a similar price (even if I provided the labor). They also stand behind their product. Recently I ran into an issue while preparing to put an opener on a door that was installed a year ago. Apple sent out a tech the next day to check everything over and make sure the door was operating correctly. I usually DIY all my projects, but for garage doors Apple is competitive on price and the service/support can't be beat.

The technician was prompt, professional and gracious. He immediately identified the issue and set about resolving it. The then checked several times to ensure that he'd fixed that problem.

Jason Cusic had come to our home and gave us a quote of $1,718.00 for 2 garage openers. Our son thought this was very high. After shopping around we got 2 openers from Costco $427.98. We then had the Apple come and install for $550.00 so we were many dollars ahead! Thank god we listened to our son and did not jump on Jason's quote!

The techs were prompt and polite. They fixed my door quickly, checked the springs and wires, lubricated the door, replaced the corroded keypad and my remote, and reset the codes (which I never knew before).

The technicians who came out to check the problem with the garage door the first time took 1/2 a second to diagnose the problem. They quoted me for a new chain motor (with the out-the-door price), which I felt was extremely reasonable (I thought they only quoted the new motor, not including the labor - that’s how reasonable it was!). This took them a quick phone call and they had the install scheduled for a few days later. They were gone within 10 minutes.

The technician who installed the motor, Jerry, was timely, professional, and did a thorough job inspecting the whole door system after installing the new motor and garage door opener. He explained how to care for/perform maintenance on the door/springs/chain/track before leaving.

Very professional service and reasonable prices. I will definitely recommend them to anyone else who needs help with their garage door system.

Apple Door Systems has serviced our garage doors for about 3 years. I had an issue recently and they came out within two hours and resolved the issue expertly. The bonus was there was no charge as the door was under warranty. While there, they proactively inspected and serviced the other garage door. My experience has always been positive and professional.

Apple Doors was very friendly and professional on the phone and when they came out to repair my garage door. With the house being just a little over a year old they took care of everything in about 15-20 min with no charge. Eric and Dallas even went the extra step to help program the garage openers and help with the myQ set up. They even lubricated the gears and all to reduce the sound of the garage opening and closing.
