I have a roof leaking problem and Cindy was very nice who initially set up the appointment! Shortly after, I received a call from a roofer who said the company has seen my house before from previous owners. I was impressed he did the research to learn about my house and he offered to swing by within 10 minutes. He did a quick repair job right then and there, and was very informative on the questions I asked. I’m very pleased! Thank you!

Last week we had Applehanz Roofing put a new roof on our home and we are so pleased! The crew did an excellent job from beginning to end. Completed very timely and cleaned up everything after they were done. I have used Appelhanz in the past and have always been pleased with them. I recommend to anyone talking I am talking to regardinh their roof replacement and repairs.

They did a phenomenal job! Fast and quality work. We had our roof and gutters replaced, while replacing our gutters they also removed a wasp nest from last summer that we have been needing to remove. May seem small but it’s something we just hadn’t been able to get to due to where it was, so it was a nice surprise that they had removed it. Pricing was also great! Highly recommend them!

I was really excited about using this company. I was told really great things about them. But then I set up an appointment for them to come out and look at our roof and this morning I get a text explaining that they're super busy and do not have time even though we were on the schedule. It's okay I'm going to give them a two out of five because the person I initially talk to you on the phone was really nice to me.

Very professional from beginning to end of process. The work crew was extremely impressive, each member appeared to have an assigned job to do, and they did it well. When job was completed, the cleanup was superb.

Great job and all done in a day. Gutters done next day. Cleanup so good I couldn’t tell they were here, including no damage to shrubs and plants. Highly recommend Appelhanz for roof and gutters.

Highly recommend!!! We’ve used Appelhanz Roofing to replace our gutters and roof. No problems with any of their work. Their employees have been very courteous and efficient and left the worksite clean when finished.

The whole experience was great from estimate to completion of the project. The crews were professional and diligent in their work. They placed tarps all around the house to catch shingles and nails. Did a great job of clean up as well. Love the appearance of our new roof.

After taking off old roof it was discovered top of the existing boards were rotted, so they were replaced. The new roof looks great! Thanks Appelhanz Roofing!

The technician got to our house quick with quick response times to our calls, looked at our roof and gave us exactly what we needed with no upsale! Prompt, friendly and efficient

Very professional staff, cleaned everything up the same day. I was worried that the chain link fencing wouldn’t be replaced as it was but it’s perfect. They needed access to my backyard to take down the trees. They put wide sheets of wood down on the lawn from curb to backyard to protect the lawn. No damage done and a big job completed. I would recommend them in a heartbeat!

I had nothing but the greatest experience with them. Truly reassuring that good people and great customer service still exist.
They replaced my roof on house and garage. As well as installed new gutters and gutter guards.

The workers are amazing and truly take pride in their work. Two days after my new roof was installed we had terrible winds and rain and not a shingle was lost. This is the second roof Applehanz has installed for me and very happy with the services during the past 21 years!

Very professional company. The sales representative provided a thorough explanation of available options. The proposal was provided at that time instead of mailing a week later ( like other companies). The proposal included all desired documents including proposal, statement of work, proof of insurance, and referral locations.
Installation team was on time, got right to work, and did a good job installing and cleanup. Obviously very experienced.
I would highly recommend this company.

They’ve replaced my entire roof, repaired a flat roof and most recently repaired some shingles and replaced guttering after a tree branch came down during a storm. Our neighbors used Applehanz and had good things to say about them so when it came time to replace our roof, they were the first place I called. Applelhanz Roofing did a quick and fantastic job for us. The shingles on a corner of our roof were being blown up during high winds. We contacted Applehanz Roofing and they immediately sent one of their specialists out to do the repair and checked over the rest of our roof for any other damage. The person who gave the estimate, as well as the man who did the work did a super job. They were amazingly quick. I didn't time them, but I can't believe they were there 30 minutes even! No wasted time. Loved, loved, loved, that the guy doing the work, had his son with him, and was teaching him! Have no hesitation about calling Appelhanz In the future.

I needed the roof over my living room vaulted ceiling, completely replaced. Unfortunately, the sheathing was basically deteriorated to the point of no return.
Bryan came to the house, looked over the situation and provided me an estimate within less than two days. The job would require ripping off the entire roof, including the sheathing and the insulation.
They installed new ballast, insulation, sheathing, and tiles. They were able to get the entire job done in a single day, and I can’t be more pleased. It looks terrific. I no longer have to worry about condensation in the ceiling above my living room.

When I have questions about mutual clients they are quick to respond and provide all of the info I need. Cindy Peters is great to work with and has great customer service!

Very pleased with our new roof

Do yourself a favor and go with another roofing company. The finishing job was terrible and there are visible nails in my shingles…. They put nails in the corners of the flashing and not into the designated holes. They did not clean my gutters like the contract indicated and did not do a good job of picking up nails either.

It appears the company responded to my review but I am just now seeing it. They did get some of the punchlist items taken care of, but overall I am still very dissatisfied with Applehanz. As a certified building inspector for the state of Kansas I am saddened to see such a lack of quality in what I thought was supposed to be the premier roofer for Shawnee county.

Do yourself a favor and don’t give these guys your business.
