Jay was very helpful and informative. Never knew water leaks would be such an issue.We had a slow HVAC leak in the back office of our shared workspace in Fremont that went unnoticed for weeks until we spotted bubbling paint and a strange musty smell. I reached out to Any Hour Water and Fire, and Jay came out the next morning. He quickly identified the source, pulled back part of the wall and discovered hidden moisture and mold starting to form. His team moved fast to isolate the area, remove the damaged drywall, and get industrial drying equipment in. But honestly, the biggest relief was how Jay handled the insurance. He worked directly with our commercial property manager and even jumped on a call with the insurance adjuster to make sure everything was documented right. Without that, I’m not sure our policy would’ve covered nearly as much. Super grateful to have found someone that gets both the work and the paperwork.

This was bad. woke up to a nightmare, our kitchen pipe or supply line (I think that's what it's called). It's copper well it had burst overnight in our Everett home. Not sure how, maybe the dog got to it. the floor had like an inch of water but it seemed like an ocean almost reaching the living room. Had an expensive 65" TV Samsung style. Called Jay from Any Hour Water and Fire was at our door that same morning, ready to work. He took out care of the water, removed out the damaged flooring, and dried everything out before mold could set in. On top of that, hehelped with the whole insurance claim like a pro.
