We noticed a little damage on the plywood and facia in one area. Wayne suggested replacing the entire roof because is was over 20 years old. Glad we did because another area was damaged that we did not notice. Wayne, Amy and Nathan were great to work with and the crew cleaned up daily and were great also. Have recommended them to my neighbors because our area is aged.

Had a couple tiles start to come down after storm. Called Wayne and he had someone to my house the next day to do estimate and a day later all was fixed. Repaired the tiles I could see and found a couple I did not see. Thank you for the quick response and fair priced repair.

We had Anthem Roofing replace our flat roof in January. They did a great job. They arrived on time, and did a thorough and professional job. They came on time and were very efficient and diligent workers. When they were done they cleaned up the entire site. They came back a few days later to check their work. We were very pleased with the complete project and the price was great.

We had a leak dripping from the ceiling drywall during one of the heavier monsoons. I called Anthem Roofing and Wayne came on time. He inspected the issue, took pictures, explained the problems and gave me a quote. His quote is around the range I would pay for the insurance deductible.
His guys found more issues than expected when they removed the tiles. They fixed all of them in 2 days but I was not charged extra for the additional work.
Wayne is very responsive on followups via text/phone and would recommend him/Anthem roofing 100%.

Wayne is very responsive, honest (hard to find these days), knowledgeable and does an excellent job. He went above and beyond helping us take care of a leak that turned out to be coming out of our AC instead of the roof. He didn't need to but he spent the time inspecting and fixing the issue for us anyways. We are very impressed with his work ethic and integrity and highly recommend him.

I am really pleased with the work that Anthem Roofing crew did on our concrete tile roof. They also added insulation in our attic. I sourced three roofing companies for bids and his price point saved us a little over $500, which made me confidant that he was not gouging me nor giving me such a low price that could possibly result in poor workmanship or materials.

I procrastinated in writing this review, which I felt compelled to do after a great experience with Anthem Roofing LLC. However, I’m glad I waited so I can depict the entire experience working with this company.

First, I called the morning after a hellacious rainstorm we had in Anthem that exposed a leak in our bedroom. He answered the phone promptly and agreed to come out the same day. I mentioned I was busy that afternoon and he literally came over to the house within an hour of the call!

Next, when he assessed the situation, he quickly identified the issue and explained in detail what needed to be done to fix the leak. In addition, he recognized some dry rot under the eaves in our courtyard area that our home inspector completely failed to point out when we bought our house 6 months earlier.

He demonstrated competence, punctuality, and went about his business in a meticulous matter, which is extremely important to me personally. He was responsive and provided a fair quote. In fact, the job took a bit longer than anticipated, and I predetermined a fair compensation for his additional time. He declined, but I wrote the check anyway to express my thanks for his determination to complete the job correctly.

Lastly, and to my complete surprise, I received a phone call some weeks later offering to come over and replace additional sheathing in our courtyard. What??!! I could not believe it! This work was not part of the original quote and while the sheathing may not have been aesthetically pleasing to the eye, you’d really have to look for it to even notice it. He had a member of his team come out and replace it that day! No charge and no kidding! This is why I’m glad I procrastinated in writing what would have already been a great review, so I could address what made the entire experience, quite frankly, unbelievable!

Thank you, Anthem Roofing LLC! Wayne, you are one of a kind in how you conduct business and you will be my roofer and referral from this day forward. And thanks to Brendon for coming out and doing a great job on the additional, yet unexpected work. During a recent storm we had some damage to our tile roof. The owner of Anthem roofing came out the day we called!!! He noticed we had our house on the market. He went above and beyond !!!! He fixed the damage replaced cracked tiles and told us about and replaced several covers that the inspector would nail us for. Awsome guy, excellent service, great price.

We called Wayne on very short notice (during monsoon season) because of a leak in our garage roof. Many roofers want to repair/replace the entire roof and won't come out for smaller repairs, Wayne took us on with no problem. He quoted us a price which was more than fair and completed all the necessary work within days of our initial contact. He went far beyond the repair and evaluated the remainder of our roof while making additional necessary repairs at no additional cost. He showed up on time, he was very pleasant and easy to work with, he was prepared with all the required resources, and he thoroughly cleaned up the work area before departing.

We are getting ready to sell our 20 year old Anthem home and Wayne ensured that our roof was structurally and aesthetically sound for any inspection(s) while also providing us with additional affordable references for drywall repair and other services we may need in preparation for sale. He also advised us on what we should expect from pre-sale inspections while indicating that he would be more than willing to provide any follow-up such as valley cleaning if necessary. My experience using Wayne for a repair on my roof was excellent. He was timely and did the work at a good price. After the work was done, he thoroughly explained what was done, and even emailed before and after pictures to show it. He's very friendly and knowledgeable. We had a small leak on our roof, while the leak was small it was rather complex to find the source of the leak. I called Anthem Roofing. Wayne scheduled an appointment to inspect and offered a free repair estimate within the next day. He was on time and very effiecient with finding the source of the leak and did an amazing job wth the repair with a reasonable cost to repair.
Wayne is polite and a professional hardworking man who takes pride in his work and it is evident in his jobs.

I needed a roof leak repaired over my garage and found Anthem Roofing online. Wayne came out and quickly identified the problem. He investigated the leak and showed me what needed fixed. He was very easy to work with and did a great job. It has been a few months and no issues have surfaced after all the rain we have been having up here.
