We had so many questions and it felt so great that we were able to directly talk to the builders.
Tim and his team have been wonderful! Any questions I've had or minor adjustments that needed to be made... he was on top of it.
This definitely helped us better understand the custom home building industry.

What Users Like The Least

Worse decision in my life. Poorly installed installation, yard flooded every time it was a hard rain.
He says he is going to fix things but never does been waiting over 2 and half years for him to fix things.
DO NOT I say DO NOT EVER SIGN a CONTRACT with Anderson Signature Homes if you know what's good for you.

We closed on our 5 bedroom home In April of 2024. Anderson Signature Homes were so informative in the process as this is our family's 1st home. We had so many questions and it felt so great that we were able to directly talk to the builders instead of 3rd parties. Very sweet and professional and always there to help. We have a 1 year warranty as it was a new built home and any issue we may have had they took care of it no questions asked. We look forward to building our Ranch style home in the future with Anderson Signature Homes! And i will highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy a new construction Home =) Thank you for everything me & my Family truly appreciate you!

I brought my home from Tim Jan 2023. A 4/3 cape cod in Mansfield Ga.This is a beautifully built home with a spacious open floor plan! Tim and his team have been wonderful! Any questions I've had or minor adjustments that needed to be made... he was on top of it. He and his team have been very professional and expeditious in getting work completed! He genuinely cares about his work and his customers! I recommend Anderson Homes 10/10! Thank you Tim!

Had a great experience working with this company! This was our first home build experience so we felt fortunate that the team remained professional and communicative throughout the process. This definitely helped us better understand the custom home building industry. There are so many moving parts as different small businesses are working together and each group’s schedule (and weather) all play a role in keeping things on track. We had no idea how much goes into a custom home build!

The lot we wanted to build on sat empty in our community for 20 years as builder after builder encouraged their clients to pass on the property. They couldn’t figure out how to work with the land to create a solid foundation for a home or didn’t want to deal with the headache. Lucky for us, Anderson Signature Homes was able to solve the issue and we have the first home built in our community in over 20 years!

Thanks so much for all of your help. We LOVE our home and 10/10 recommend Anderson Signature Homes Inc for your next custom build!!

I bought a new home from him. Worse decision in my life. Poorly installed installation, yard flooded every time it was a hard rain, master bathroom had a slight sewage smell. For me to fix everything it would have been around 30k. Never do business with them if you know whats good for you!

Tim Anderson is not a man of his word. Would never ever have used this builder if I knew he was like this. He says he is going to fix things but never does been waiting over 2 and half years for him to fix things that were on the final punch list. Run away from builder. Or just ask anyone that has got a house built by Anderson signature homes. Has a very bad rep.

Allow me to give you all some first hand advice that will certainly save you LOTS of heartache in the future if you were to sign ANY paperwork with the Contractor associated with this company. DO NOT I say DO NOT EVER SIGN a CONTRACT with Anderson Signature Homes if you know whats good for you !! Why you ask... Because I did last Nov. 2017 and we closed this past Jun. 05, 2018 prior to completion with the Guarantee that everything would be completed on the Punch List... Well today is July 29, 2018 almost 2 months later... We still DO NOT have our Front Door installed that was signed for in the Contract, we still have damaged Hardwood Flooring not replaced, were still missing 14 screens for all our windows and MANY other Punch List items that Tim Anderson WILL NOT even address... The drawers in the kitchen cabinets as far as I am concerned are Substandard because they have NOT worked properly since installation !! The Wallboard work and painting is Substandard... Bottom line the Contractor does NOT come back to fix HIS errors after he collects HIS paycheck from YOU !! Hence YOUR SCREWED !! And then he does the same to the next $200,000 customer... And pockets his money...
