I would give this 4.5 stars.
From the first conversation I had with Mr. Anderson the owner through the final walk through with Richard it was a great experience. I called 4 roofing companies to get estimates and Anderson came in at a very fair rate and the quality of work and service were exceptional. This is a family-owned business, and you can tell they take pride in what they do and care for their customers.
The work started on time took about 2 full days and the roof looks great and they even brought it up to code.

The only negative was some debris in the back and front yard and they came back and cleaned it up with a hassle.
I would use them again without hesitation.

Left a flyer on my door despite the 3 NO SOLICITING signs.
Glendale AZ city ordinance sec. 26-74 a 4 and b specifically prohibits leaving fliers on property with no soliciting signs second offense is a class 1 misdemeanor. Phoenix has a similar ordinance. obey the no soliciting signs. you had one chance.

I have worked with Anderson Roofing several times in the past and each time, they did a marvelous job. I recommend them without reservation. This time, however, they went above and beyond, locating a leak that allowed water to come in on my balcony and seep through a bedroom ceiling below. Yes, it was a big problem every time we had a bad storm. Rick was out here several times and last week again for the better part of a day, trying to locate where the water came into the house. In the end, the problem was the balcony door's window inserts! He even offered to do the caulking and did not charge me for the hours spent on this job. I am really impressed with their customer service, quality of work and fairness. I recommended them to my neighbor last year and he was very happy with the roof repair they did on his house. Really a great, family run company!
