We had flash flooding damage in our basement, someone recommended we call Russ with A & N preferred, they performed the water remediation, our basement had to be gutted to the 2x4s. Russ had a team here the next day on Saturday to do the work and they had it cleaned out in one day, we were very pleased with the quickness to prevent the spread of mold.
We hired their team again to do the build back on our basement. We lived upstairs during the construction, his team was very professional and did not work late hours and very respectful of keeping the area tidy after each days work. Their team worked quickly and had the basement completed in around a week. We had a minor issue with the water heater after the construction was completed and Russ quickly followed up to be sure everything was taken care of, we really appreciated he followed up with us quickly.
I would highly suggest their team, we felt like they were professional and provided a clear contract and followed thru with the work needing performed at a fair price. Russ was available to us anytime we had questions and always responded quickly when we reach out to him.

Great experience with this company with inspection repairs needed while selling a house while also being out of state. A stressful situation, but A&N turned it into a very smooth transaction from their end…very easy, very quick, and with great communication. Called Russ out for a quote expecting to have to redo my entire deck. He was honest and inspected the current deck and salvaged most of it. Replaced the bad parts and kept the good which saved us money! Had the project done in two days!

I can’t say enough good things about Russ and A&N. I had roof damage cause by a recent storm. Russ and his crew came by on a Sunday to stop the leak. We scheduled the rest of the repair to fix the interior drywall, insulation, and paint. Final product looked great. I’ll continue to use A&N for all projects moving forward and can’t recommend them enough.

I purchased my home through a 203k loan and was referred to Russ. And first glance he said everything right. It will only take a couple weeks, he lied, 2 months later still hadn’t finished. My home is roughly 1000 sq ft and I spent 60k. My home was completely gutted so 80-90% of the demo was done. I needed a home that was move in ready. I was so excited as he promised me a house that was going to be something like amazing. They painted the house with only one coat on the walls, trim, and ceilings. It’s obvious as there’s patches everywhere. There was issues with the flooring and he supposedly did $10,000 worth of leveling and restoring the original floor of the house, but the house is still unlevel all throughout and the flooring that he just installed within six months has already started to come apart. In the kitchen he installed Cabinets that were already damaged. He installed the wrong cabinets above the microwave so the microwave hangs 4 inches lower than it should all because the fridge was a little too tall so they swapped out that cabinet instead of going back to where they bought it and exchanging it. Quartz countertops were supposed to be used and built into the budget at the end he said there’s no budget left and that I had to come out of my pocket. We are undecided about hardware on the cabinets for a little bit then we decided to go ahead with him and he said he wasn’t gonna install them as we took too long to decide, but he was still working on the job. He installed new windows on the house two of them have grids on them the other three do not as he obviously just got them at Home Depot whatever it was cheap and on hand. I had new interior doors installed throughout the house. Several of them are not flush with the floor and did not lock as they installed the door handles in properly. The front door door handle had a wood screw in there as I am guessing they lost the original. Again, I had to redo the doors because they installed the lock in properly and there was gaps in each one upon closing. My water heater wasn’t reinstalled to code. As I requested a move-in ready home for my family they did not fix the sub pump underneath the house when they knew it was an issue nor did they even bring it to my attention till very end. They built me a custom shower where are they left grout missing all over it so it’s not even watertight. The fixtures they used in the bathroom already had rust spots upon installation. All of the cabinets in the bathrooms are not flushed with the floor. All the toilets in the house were supposed to be one piece toilets. He did not deliver upon that one of the toilets he installed has leaked ever since it’s been installed. One of the showerhead is leaked from the wall since installation. The smallest sink he put in the master bathroom even though he easily had another ft for a larger one. He went as cheap as possible for everything. Russ promised that he would come and remedy all these issues after I released the last of his funds, he did not,all he did was request more funds. I’m guessing to fix his issues that he left. Overall, I am completely unsatisfied and disgusted that he would do my family like this after promising me everything he did. I was very laid-back with the whole process and let him do his work. Tried not to hang over his shoulder. But that was a mistake.

My house flooded from the second floor down to the basement. I talked to Russ on a Wednesday and the work was complete by Friday evening. This was a great experience and I’m already discussing other projects with him. This company does it all!

We had Russ come out and take a look at our garage roof. He confirmed what we were already thinking and gave us a good estimate on getting it done. Said it should take a day to get the work done. It actually only took about 4 hours, and that included tear out, replacement, and clean up. There was an unforeseen issue that came up when they got into the roof, but it was handled with no problems or set backs. 100% would recommend and have had estimates on a couple of more projects that we are wanting done. Will definitely be back for anything we need from landscaping to construction and everything in between. Cannot say enough good things about this man and good company. Very fair, honest, and hard working crew.
