The AMP crew did a great job. Tom T was very professional and had great communication throughout the entire process.

Austin Haegle and the entire crew did an amazing job with replacing the roof and siding on our home that was damaged from the recent tornado. Austin went the extra mile by getting on the roof immediately and then getting up there again to tarp and retarp the roof to ensure no further damage was done before the new shingles went on. The work was done quickly and efficiently. Would highly recommend this company!

After the storms in March, we called a couple of different companies. AMP was the only one that seemed to answer all of my questions about working with the insurance company.

The work was solid and completed quickly in comparison to many of our neighbors.

Had to come back and reinstall the peak vent due to the workers not installing it properly. Down spouts were full of roofing nails and other debris. Had to use a magnet and a rope to remove the nails out of the downspouts due to them overflowing in the rain. Also never received my referral check for referring several other homeowners in the my neighborhood. (I referred them prior to discovering all of the problems.) Several calls and emails still no check.

My experience with AMP was great from the beginning meeting to setup the roof repairs until the end. The workers worked hard...staying busy. The group who cleaned up the areas on the ground were completely amazing. If I had questions during the process Ryan Lanier was there in the most appropriate time.

While, the work was quick and efficient, Transparency is not the strong suit of this companies Salespeople. Be very aware that there will be many costs that you are not prepared for and if you are living on a budget, do your research because you will not get accurate information from this team regarding what the roof will cost. After all the work is done, you will get a hefty bill that is expected to be paid immediately. While they will work with you, they will not be transparent about what cost you will incur.

This was the best contractor I have ever worked with. Jon Canter has been great. The crews were professional and efficient. My roof and gutters look awesome. Give these guys a call for exterior work!!!

They did an amazing job on the roof. Had a few issues with the siding that took a while to fix (thank you crappy weather), but all in all, a wonderful job. Austin answered every question we had and addressed every issue.

I recently had the pleasure of working with AMP roofing on multiple of my single family homes around St. Louis. Specifically working with Austin Haegele throughout the process and he made every step from filing the claim to receiving my depreciation check a breeze. We were able to work with insurance, add upgrades during the roof replacement and complete quality checks once the work was complete. Highly recommend and will use again!

Update: The company responded to my review. First, I am glad you spoke with Ed regarding his unprofessional behavior. Hopefully, your future customers will benefit from it.
During your reply, you accused me of not telling the truth. The point of this review is as follows: Your sales rep, Johnathan told me that we have hail damage that should be covered by our insurance and provided me with photos of the damage and relevant hail report to support our claim. He also mentioned he was able to reverse our neighbor's denied claim. Neighbor was also insured by Pure and has a roof the same age as ours. I appreciated him for doing so, but when the insurance company and the third party engineer said otherwise I reached out to him again to determine what my next step should be. I was just trying to find out if we had strong enough case to file a lawsuit against Pure. That's when Johnathan instead of defending his expertise, decided to ignore me. After I sought help from another person from AMP, things got worse due to Ed's behavior. Finally, I am not sure how you came up with the idea that our insurance policy was denied by Pure. It is not the case.

Awful experience. Do not file an insurance claim based on what they say as they do not care if your insurance provider denies your claim.
Their sales rep stopped by our house after a hail storm and asked if he could inspect our roof as there were other homes with hail damage in our subdivision. After the inspection, he informed me of the hail damage to our roof and other components and provided me with photos of the damage.
The insurance company, PURE, sent third party inspectors and they claimed there was no damage to our house and denied our claim. The insurance company inspectors did not even mention the damage noted by AMP sales rep in their reports. As the insurance company denied our claim based on inaccurate reports, I filed complaints with BBB and attorney general's office as well as department of insurance. They were not able to help with the complaint and they recommended taking a legal action.
I reached out to AMP to find out if we have a valid claim that can prevail in court. The original sales rep ignored my text for about a month so I followed up with him to get the owner's contact information. He refused to give it to me and he had the sales manager call me last Friday. I sent the sales manager a text the same day explaining the issue and what I am trying to accomplish. He did not get back to me so I called him earlier today to discuss. He basically said it does not matter what we told you, it is the insurance company's decision and that I am refusing to accept it. I attempted to explain why I contacted them, he said he did not have time for it and asked me if I wanted to pay them for a new roof. He was unprofessional and condescending so I concluded the unpleasant conversation. Again, do not file an insurance claim based on their input because they do not care about you if your claim gets denied.

We recently worked with Amp Roofing and we couldn't be more pleased! The team was professional, punctual, and highly skilled. They kept us informed throughout the process and completed the job on time and within budget. The quality of their workmanship was outstanding, and our roof looks fantastic. Excellent company! Tom Towreck was amazing! His communication was top-notch and he even walked through the inspection with the insurance adjuster to ensure that we were adequately indemnified. Tom was very fair and transparent about the costs, which was fully covered by insurance. He was knowledgeable about the process and worked with the insurance company to negotiate pricing. Tom was always on time and the timing of the project was more than reasonable, especially considering the increased number of jobs due to the storm significantly impacting a most of the area. The workmanship of this company is unmatched, they really are a cut above the rest. At the end of the job, Tyler Henson came by to make sure that we were satisfied and assist with any questions. He also helped me connect my dryer vent to the new piece that was installed and actually fixed a prior issue that he noticed while doing so. The payment process was quick and easy, they even offer financing if need. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who needs a new roof or siding.

We had extensive hail damage on our home, garage and three buildings on our farm. Matt at AMP was referred to us by a friend. He was always available and worked closely with our insurance adjuster to get our claim filed and repairs scheduled. The workers that came and did the repairs were professional, did good work and cleaned up when they were done. We couldn't have been more pleased with the whole process. I recommended AMP and Matt to two family members.

I'm very confident I would've done a great job here but Ed turned me down based on my answers to a poorly written assessment test. These tests may do some good SOMEtimes but not everytime. I believe in face to face interaction before posting judgement to someone's resume, or in this case, an assessment. His response to me in our chat wasn't very professional and gave me a sour taste as to what working for this company would be like...

Had a great experience with Amp roofing and their rep Jon! They were very communicative, and I knew where we were in the process throughout the whole repair. They took on the burden of dealing with the insurance company and making sure every thing was done correctly. They worked around my schedule. All in all, great experience!

Just want to take a second and share how great my experience was with AMP restoration & roofing ! Austin haegle helped me and my family from start to finish along this process he was nothing but nice, informative and helpful. The slowest bit was the insurance as expected but AMP and Austin took majority of that stress out of our hands and dealt with it and when roofing day came they where very efficient professional and careful about the quality of the finished product and cleaning up after ! In short the roof looks great and the experience was superb we have a company we plan on recommending and using from now on !

AMP did a fantastic job installing my roof and siding. The day after the hail storm I was out looking at damages and a sales rep approached me. He went up on the roof and inspected the damages.
He showed me pictures when he came down. Then he took the time to call my insurance company with me to submit the claim. From that point it was smooth sailing. I would definitely recommend AMP Restoration and Roofing.

Will (former employee) was very eager to tell me I had hail damage, showed me pictures, and helped me file a claim with insurance. He promised to show up with the insurance inspector...but he was a no show. He also didn't answer my calls as he ended up going back to college. I called the main office to ask about the claim and turns out he didn't tell anyone about the inspection. They promised to send someone else out, insurance inspector said he would come back later so they could be there at the same time. Another no show. Again I called the office and they apologized, but no action. I've asked as a follow up for pictures, but didn't receive hardly anything, which tells me he made the entire claim up. Claim was denied. Tried to appeal myself, but serious lack of communication from AMP didn't help at all and I still have zero pictures to reference.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND ANY OTHER ROOFING COMPANY.

Kudos for manners as all employees were friendly, but this was a clusterf that either should never have been filed or at least provided what was requested.

After early summer hail storm AMP Restoration assisted us with our insurance company in replacing our roof. AMP worked with our insurance provider and really required little effort from us. When installing, they were quick and very polite. I would highly recommend AMP if you have any roofing needs.

Very prompt and professional with claims and installation processes. Did fantastic work on roofing, guttering, and cleanup. Austin was professional and a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend.

Initially, I was assured by the salesman that AMP would handle all aspects of the repair, including the roof, gutters, siding, and metals. While the roof and gutters were completed, I encountered significant issues with communication and follow-through regarding the siding and metal repairs.

Despite multiple attempts to contact the salesman through phone calls and emails, I received no updates for several weeks. Eventually, I was informed via email that AMP does not complete work on metals or partial siding repairs, contrary to what was promised.

Additionally, I requested an itemized invoice to clarify the total cost and any credits applied, but received only the original invoice I had already received. Frustrated by the lack of response and clarity, I paid the remaining balance in full, despite the unresolved issues.

I was also promised certification of completion and warranty paperwork for the work done, but I have yet to receive any of these documents.

While the roof and gutters were completed satisfactorily, the poor communication and failure to fulfill promises have left me highly disappointed. I will not be using AMP’s services in the future and will not recommend your company based on this experience.

AMP recently completed my roof, gutters, and downspouts. The communication was excellent from start to finish, and they got the roof done in a single day! The gutters and downspouts were completed about a week later and done in only a few hours. The work is tremendous, and everyone involved in the process was great to work with. Highly recommend!

We had a new roof put on by AMP last year. With the barrage of spring storms this year we noticed a leak above our bay window. Josh from AMP to the rescue. Josh came out and put a temporary patch on the problem spot. After a violent storm dislodged the temporary patch, Josh was quickly back out and spent almost a full day reviewing everything above the bay window and the gutter and roof above the second story making sure permanent fixes were in place. Josh even followed up after the next strong rain to make sure everything held and came back to repair interior damage that was sustained in the bay window area. Thanks Josh and AMP for 5-star service!

Josh Smith came out twice and repaired my air vent from the insulation and then repaired the damage from dripping from the air vent. He is a gentleman and a great worker and Is a Great representative for AMP. if I could give more than five stars for his stellar work than I would, in a heartbeat!!!

They did the hail damage repair on my house. They replaced my roof, gutters and siding. Their workers were efficient and did a good job in a short time.

I needed a new roof due to hail damage. A representative named Austin helped me through the process from start to finish. The process of going through insurance has changed dramatically in the past ten years. I didn’t understand the way insurance payments are made these days. Austin worked very hard and was always patient with me when I didn’t understand the numbers. He took a lot of time to explain everything.
The men who installed the roof did an excellent job. They took care not to damage my landscape. They made sure that all of the debris was picked up including the nails.
My roof looks great and I feel confident about the work that was done and the price.

I have to give AMP Restoration & Roofing a terrible review. The company as a whole did a terrible job (everyone except Josh was a sub-contractor). AMP did no quality control or inspection. They completely skipped over Facia work, thinking I would never notice. Now, the company I'm looking to do the fascia work, showed me many many problems with AMP's poor quality work and mistakes.
I cannot and would NEVER recommend AMP Restoration and Roofing to amyone.

8/26/24 - * * Update * *

I received a call from Will (Marketing Manager) with AMP. While I appreciate Will reaching out, sadly he has been misinformed by others around AMP. Like I told him, I have no issues with Will. My issues are with AMP.

#1) I understand the use of sub-contractors. But, it doesn't release AMP from staying involved with the work and verify everything is done correctly and there is a through inspection with the customer. The inspection was done with someone (I don't know who) that did not notify us that they would be coming out, nor did they ask us to be involved in the inspection. As it turns out, many things, issues, and problems were not identified or reported that needed to be fixed.

#2) Will, you are correct, Josh did come out and made repairs to some damaged siding, and he ask me at least a dozen times to please give HIM a 5-star review, which I did. I felt Josh did do a good job, so I told him I would give him a 5-star review - this was in no way meant to give AMP a 5-star review.

#3) Will, this is not in any way correct. I directed you insurance estimate line item 24 & line item 36, that has R&R Facia. The insurance company requested AMP send them additional pictures. Which AMP did not do. So, your response could not be more incorrect.

#4) Please be aware the company that I'm talking to about facia is not in any way a competitor of AMP. They do not perform roofing or siding repairs, only gutters and facia.

And as I told you on our phone call, because AMP did not have someone install the facia during the repairs. All of the gutters are going to have to be taken down to install the new facia, and they said there is no way the existing gutters can be reinstalled because of damages caused by removing the gutters. They said anywhere new facia is installed, it will require new gutters to be installed.

Also, as I told you today, I called AMP on June 11th and spoke with you. I gave you lots of issues and concerns that I had. You told me that someone would be giving me a call and we'll get these things resolved. That was over 2 months ago and NO ONE from AMP has even attempted to contact me since I last spoke to you.

Josh with AMP was amazing. I had an area where the wind had blown off a piece of roofing material. Josh showed up, fixed the problem, and was gone before I knew it. He even took a photo to show me the "before" and "after" since I have a high roof line and would never know what the problem was or if it got fixed. Thanks, Josh! And, thanks to Robby, my sales representative for his great follow-up. I had a great experience with AMP.

Jessica does a fantastic job and was accommodating in every step of the process with my insurance claim. I can't recommend Jessica and Amp Restoration/Roofing enough!

Did a very nice job replacing our roof. And then when we needed follow-up inspections, Joshua Smith came out and crawled through our crawl space to document everything we needed. He was great.

AMP recently replaced our roof, gutters, and siding after we had sustained some storm damage. They worked with our insurance to get the claim in motion. The team had each job done the same day. There were a few minor issues after all was said and done and they promptly came out to fix those. We’ve been very pleased with the work they’ve done!

Do yourself a favor and just take a chance with anyone other than AMP. They were extremely pushy about obtaining my full insurance check immediately after i received it from a hail storm. Luckily, my bank withholds the money until the work is proven to be complete making it impossible to make a sizeable down payment. Contract was written to fulfill the insurance quote. After this, almost all communication attempts went entirely ignored. One day they showed up and replaced my roof and this is the one step of the process they havent entirely screwed up, it looks good. Then, much later they came and replaced my gutters and downspouts and destroyed my soffit in the process and hoped i wouldnt notice by saying nothing. Months later they come out and throw some siding up that makes my house look two toned from the color mismatch, also installing several damaged sections of siding. Half of the damaged fascia was in the insurance quote and half of it was missed along with many other damages. After complete loss of communications, they have since hounded me for payment in embarassing fashion without even fulfilling the contract and putting all blame on the insurance co. I call the adjuster who confirms there has been 0 activity from AMP on the claim and encouraged me to do their job and climb on the roof for pictures of un fixed damage. I only see this getting worse and would feel better if i can even save one other family from having to deal with this experience. See pictures of color mismatch and damage not repaired after sending certificate of completion to insurance and hounding me for payment. Would you accept this?

Excellent job! On time, professional, friendly and thorough cleanup. If you need a roof, these are the people you want.

I needed a new roof - they were lifesavers - I had already gotten two bids! I ended up with more than a new roof, new gutters and downspouts and gutter guards!

AMP just helped me to replace the roof due to hail damage, I compared several roofing companies and finally choosed AMP, they did great job ! All materials had been put on drive way several days before the installation, on the installation date, all workers start working at dawn and completed at dusk, didn't see them take rest or foods/drink, cleared all debris before leaving. Blake was available for my many questions, explained things clearly, and even came directly to my house a few times to understand my questions and inspect the work. This being my first time getting a new roof and through insurance at that, AMP explained the costs, options, and process clearly while allowing for pushback from options listed by competitors. I recently had Amp replace a roof due to hail damage that was covered by insurance. I dealt with John S. and he was very helpful with everything. John helped me deal with the insurance company. He was very responsive to all my many questions by text, throughout the process. Lastly, John made sure I was not charged any late fees as I waited for the insurance check to arrive. I was satisfied with all the work and cleanup, but dealing with John really made everything go a lot smoother.

Tyler was the best. He explained everything thoroughly and he was available whenever I called him. The crew was fast and cleaned everything up.
