AVE came and installed the gutter guards, but their installation left gaps for debris to enter.
Contacted AVE and they scheduled a date to come and repair the issues but never showed up.
Spoke with AVE, and the gutter subcontractor and project manager was lying.

Richard, Jim and the crews did a wonderful job and getting my house ready for sale. They got to the job quickly and on time. They took their time and got everything done properly. They were very communicative and responsive. I was never left in the dark and they did everything that we agreed on before the job started. They went above and beyond and I would HIGHLY recommend AVE for your roofing and home repair needs! I'm a Navy veteran and I appreciate and prefer to work with veteran owned companies.

The best price in town! We needed to get new shingles for our roof and I've inquired and received a quote from at least 8 roofing contractors and AVE is by far the best price. The quality of customer service is superb.

American Veteran Exteriors repaired our roof and replaced the siding on our home. They were excellent to work with and reasonably priced. They were professional and available for any questions. The guys even stayed late, working with lights to get the job completed. We so appreciated Richard, Jim and the team for working with us and the challenges we had with our insurance. Richard and Jim were unfailingly professional, responsive and pleasant to work with. The project was completed as promised and on time and their cost was well below the several other roofing contractors from whom I received quotes. I won't need another roof for decades, but I'll gladly recommend American Veteran Exteriors to others.

I wish to give the highest praise to American Veteran Exteriors. They resided our two-story house with James Hardie Siding. The did a wonderful job, gave us good advice, and did it with a reasonable price. In addition, they were courteous and friendly. Moreover, their team scrupulouly cleaned up the site each day. If you should decide to use them, you will be extremely pleased with the result.

Gutter guards were included with installation of new gutters, the gutter contractor did not install them.
AVE came and installed the gutter guards. On inspection the guards were not cut to the angle of the bay window leaving gaps for debri to enter. The guards were not bent to the angle of the roof sheathing leaving the new shingles up in the air. The ends were not bent over the gutters. Contacted AVE and they scheduled a date to come and repair the issues but never showed up.
Done the repairs myself.

Update..10-24-23.
Spoke with AVE, and the gutter subcontractor and project manager was lying to AVE about the job completion and both are no longer affiliated with AVE. AVE is reimbursing me the $ amount for the portion that needed repaired personally.
I am happy with the present outcome and sorry that AVE placed their trust in people that lied to them. My rating is going to be upgraded. Thank you AVE for the follow up, the results, and for restoring my trust in AVE.

They roof our home 2 garage and carport. They was on time and worked very fast. They made sure to lay traps out over everything. They sweeped our yard for nails many times and paid close attention to our grandchildren sandbox to make sure there was nothing in there that could hurt them. After the job was done the owners came out and did a walk around the property to make sure we was happy with everything. Very happ with the service we received from this company. Smith Family

Had a metal roof installed by a different company who did it incorrectly.. but was able to reach out to these guys and have them look at it to tell me what was wrong and what needed fixed. They went above and beyond for me even though we they were not the ones who installed our roof. So very grateful!

Richard & Jim were great to work with and their roofing crew, led on-site by Abraham, were professional and courteous. My many questions were quickly answered throughout the entire job. There were a couple of minor issues that were resolved quickly and to my satisfaction. Not only did they reroof my home, install ridge vents & tuck point my chimney, they even repaired my ancient barn roof - that was a huge relief for me. I will use Am Vet Ext again when time comes for work on my other out buildings.

They were excellent! We were already sold on them after the inspection. Extremely thorough and knowledgeable. The cherry on top was when they informed us that they make a donation to the Wounded Warriors Foundation after each job! I couldn’t be more impressed with this company.
