Doug and his crew are all great,hardworking and trustworthy people. They go above and beyond for their customers and often turns his customers into friends. That’s the type of people they are and their skills are top notch. Wouldn’t use anyone else! Thanks for serving our community so faithfully.

Doug and his crews are amazing. They came out and assessed the damage from the storm and started the process with the insurance company right away. When the insurance company tried to pull one over on us Doug went to bat for us and went the extra mile to get the repairs paid for by the insurance company so we didn’t have to argue with them. They installed new roof, facia, soffit, gutters, siding, windows, and exterior doors on our home. We are very pleased with the new look of our home and we were surprised how fast they completed the job as well.

I talked to Doug on a Monday he had all materials delivered on Friday and had the roof done on that Saturday very professional and strait to his word would not want anybody else to do the job. Thank you American restoration.

Doug did everything that we asked and went over and beyond we called him and he came out the same day to take a look at our roof and dealt with everything and handed the whole process 100% recommend American restoration!

Originally we would have rated 5 stars. He fought with our insurance for hail damage so we had him do the roof in August 2020. Then in March 2021 we had 2 leaks, and the paperwork shows lifetime warranty including labor. The leaks were 1 spot on some seams of the roof over a walkout basement and one from a skylight. They came out and “fixed” the leaks which involved removing the skylight and boarding/shingling over the hole and caulking the seams over the basement. We bought a new skylight and flashing kit from them. It has been sitting here waiting to be installed for over a month. 3 months after initial emails, still looking at chip board with nails through it where the skylight should be, and had to fix one of the others leaks myself, because they didn’t caulk the entire seam. He has completely stopped responding to emails,texts and phone calls. If this is how he treats his neighbors …….(we live one street over from him)…. would definitely not recommend. He is a fast talker, which should have been a clue, but I try to give people the benefit of the doubt…
If you hire him, just hope that you don’t need any follow up warranty work. Very unprofessional.

Doug was wonderful. He and is roofing crew came to the rescue. Another contractor came in and caused damage and left everything. American Restoration started right away, fixed everything, and installed a beautiful roof. They were so quick and precise. Everything looks wonderful and is better than ever before! I will most definitely be working with them again on future projects.
