Aaron was professional, knowledge, and very affable. Quickly identified the leak in my pool and fixed it, all without draining the pool. Service was worth every penny and I plan to use ALD again next time.

They are well worth the cost of a service visit to determine the origin of a leak. Very professional and quickly pinpointed the source of a leak that had evaded us for a long time. They used infrared equipment and did pressure testing around the entire area to ensure that they had located it. Really a huge relief to finally know what is causing the problem.

I had mysterious leaks coming through the basement ceiling whenever we had a rainstorm. There were no obvious entry points so we thought ALD would give us the service we needed. For 2 hours they were doing water testing all around the roof and siding until finally they found that the rainwater was coming through a window on the 2nd floor that had missing flashing. We would have never been able to notice that ourselves because you can barely notice flashing in any window, even if properly installed, and the leaks were coming through only when the rainwater came in at an angle. This was money well spent. In addition, Mike was a very nice, calm, and evidence-based person. We fully trust him for future jobs.

They have high tech equipment, like a laser interferometer that measures leak rated less than 1/4" per day in 15 minutes. This allowed them to know how big the leak was (big) and that they had fixed it. They found a leak that I couldn't find, and repaired it with epoxy. The cost was way less than my water bill last year from keeping my spa full. Highly recommended.
